  • Daniel helps a new hunter create a Property Management Plan for his new 120-acre property. Daniel starts by assessing the terrain, identifying key features, and mapping out potential hunting zones. Implementing proper land management practices, such as timber stand improvement and food plot placement, can attract and sustain a healthy deer population. Remember, a well-thought-out plan enhances both the hunting experience and the overall health of your property.

Lock this down, Daniel. It would be awesome to see 6 month or 12 month updates. Maybe take 6 different properties across the US, various terrain and wood types (conifers and hardwood) and create a series showing how the system is universal.

Hey guys. I hunt in North Central FL. We have a lot of planted pines and some swampy low laying areas for hardwoods. Im an 87 acre parcel. What would be a good start for improving habitat in this environment. I cant seem to find much info online about habitat restoration in fl. Any info is greatly appreciated. God bless

I follow you guys and have watched countless hours of your videos! Learned so much and always out at my property I just acquired a few months ago. 90% pine and 10% hard woods with a y shaped creek going right across the bottom half. I would love to draw up my own plan but can't seem to find an app that allows me to illustrate a map like yall display on your videos. What apps are you using to draw up your plans (bedding areas, food plots, tsi areas)?

@paideiadistribution2786 thank you so much, I downloaded it yesterday before posting my comment but it's nothing like as advertised or I see on these videos. I'll keep playing with it and see what I may be doing wrong

@@christopherwren6805 I use HuntStand as well. Been a good app so far. You can draw shapes and color code them for different things like food plots or bedding. HuntStand has a TH-cam channel with some tutorials that may help you figure out some of the features.

I’ve seen multiple deer habitat improvements etc. I’m curious if anyone has done a south Texas deer habitat improvement. Can’t see to find a video on a south Texas parcel.
