Petal Dance? Not that Tangela can learn it, but it is a good strong Grass move.

I admittedly forgot about that since I never used it due to the Confusion side-effect. A fair point though, Petal Dance is also a strong Grass Type move but I wouldn't call it an ideal one. It locks you into usage and confuses you after a few uses.
