Exactly. My wife had serious doubts about my decision to get a Model 3 SR+ last year. After a couple of long road trips, she realized her range anxiety was silly. So she got her own EV, a VW ID.4 (she liked the more traditional UI). She loves it!
And range anxiety for owners for other vehicles has long since been irrelevant but replaced by (some might say) charger anxiety... but that is only getting better all the time. And yes, with all the things other corps are doing to respond to charger anxiety (I forget how to spell GridServe ... ah no wait ... seems I can remember) ... on top of a that the Tesla supercharger network opening is beginning.
