Button mash only for punishable attacks, like after chame belly flop. you can see this strategy used by tds members, especially peppo. Try to get the rythm of chame solo and match that rythm. Multiplayer tend to get hectic especially with blinding hit effects.

Honestly my only complaint with these videos is how quickly yall scroll through at the end. Just take like one whole second on each screen, otherwise it's a real bitch to try and pause on mobile.
Setting the speed to 0.25x helps if you can't pause quick enough. I usually just resume the video then instantly pause for a few times until I get to the build page

Everyone has their favorites and their secondaries. If you master one weapon, try something new. And they’ve been able to move through the series’ arsenal pretty smoothly. And impressively, I might add.
I almost always prefer pierce bows as opposed to rapid. Yeah, rapid is more like World where I made my start in Monhun, but pierce just gets so much damage out, especially against huge monsters. Plus the range on it is insane.
I kinda wish there was a separate timer from when you first deal damage to a monster, and there was a log of items you used similar to the 'build order' feature in RTS games. Obviously keeping the whole hunt timer is best, since there's ways to cheese damage, but it'd give a lot more depth and fun info to look at for those that speed-run hunts.
If I'm not mistaken... all the pierce up levels come from decorations, and there should be 5 small deco slots free in total for element up, so... as long as you have a con2-gem3-gem1 talisman, this build can be used for any bow just by switching the decorations, correct?
I just realized they're only using power draw because the damage from the leaping move is not worth it since it will cause a mount, and that probably takes longer
