- New York calling! In this Sims 4 speed build we are building 3 New York Brownstone Townhouses in typical brownstone fashion. All three townhouses have classic brownstone features, from beautiful arched windows to bay windows and wonderfully old architectural features. The townhouses have a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. For these townhouses I decided to go for a traditional brownstone look to create an authentic and realistic New York vibe. The NYC townhouses are located in Waterside Warbles (30x30) in San Myshuno. The three townhouses are all fully furnished in three different modern styles and colours. Comment which townhouse is your favourite :)

Your buildings always brighten my day! I love them all 3 the same!! It would be the best if you could do a greek revival (plantation style) home, like Oak alley Plantation!

Listening to your voiceovers always gives me the feeling of a attending an architecture lecture, the way you describe the styles you go for, the choices you make and the reasoning behind them is so so satisfying to listen to. It is always so hard to pick a favorite with these townhouses cause they’re always to beautiful and stunning. But if I had to pick one, it’d definitely be the 3rd one. Great job as always Eva!

Eva! You always knock it out of the park with your townhouses! The exterior of the middle house is my absolute favorite, the black window trim really pops against the cream stone! I also love the bedroom in the first townhouse - the brownish-red throw matching the pillows was a the cherry on top! As for my favorite townhouse, the second townhouse is my favorite! I LOVE the black floors in combination with the wallpaper, it just made all the colors pop and work really well together! Lovely work Eva!!!

Trying to choose between the three is almost impossible lol. I am also always impressed by how well you pronounce all of the different types of builds and art with making any mistakes. If I had to choose I would pick the 3rd with the dark colors and then the 1st with the light badge but I really love them all so much. gorg! i downloaded your last new york brownstones and at the time had barely any of the cc so they were basically empty lol. I redecorated them while collecting cc and finally subscribing to some cc creators and ended up with a dark elegant academia townhouse for a family with a spellcaster/alchemist mother, light academia townhouse for a classic couple and an eclectic maximalist townhouse for a plant photographer with a teenage daughter :) absolutely love your builds and inspo xx

I love the dining room of Townhouse 2. I am using this as inspo when i buy a real house lol. I love the color scheme of the 3rd townhome though! Also noticed in the 3rd townhouse there is an empty room next to the bathroom on the 3rd floor- am I missing some content or was this on purpose as it’s not included in your video or tour? I spent hours finding and downloading all of the CC you use so I think I have most of it now! Love your builds and would love to see another colorful build!

The Cowbuild CC (laidback urban) is not free. and I cant message them for the link to download and I really want your builds to show up correctly. Yes, you just need to lock doors for the sims you don’t want in your space
