    I learn so much from these videos. I had no idea about the George Thorgood song!

      Thank you for watching! We thought the song would be a funny thing to put in as a fun fact 😂

    Can u please do a video on the Harvest development coming soon to Ofallon

    • @LivingStLouis
      @LivingStLouis  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes absolutely! Is there one builder in particular with this development you're interested in? I'll do an overview of all but let me know if there's any specific questions that would be helpful to address in the vid

      @@LivingStLouis Just a general overview of the development and planned amenities would be helpful. I read that there will be 7 different “villages” in the neighborhood but was hard for me to figure out which size homes each builder will be focusing on

    Thanks for your informative video. I am an Aussie and just looking up Wentzville because of a wonderful Pastor that I've been following on TH-cam . Pastor Mel Bond.
    He has a very gentle deliverance and healing ministry . I would love to come to Wentzville to one of his services but I just can't get to the .U.S So I'm interested to have a look at the place.

      I was not familiar with Pastor Mel Bond until reading your comment but I just looked him up and had no idea he was here! If you ever come visit I hope you have a great experience here

    This is a pet peeve of mine, but the highway labeled as Highway 40 at the beginning of this video is actually Highway 61. Highway 40 follows Interstate 70 west to Columbia and never goes north of Wentzville. I hear so many people saying this incorrectly, and it bothers me every time. I just want to make sure people start getting this correct as it’s a way too common mistake.
    With that said, I really enjoy all the growth around Wentzville. I live in O’Fallon and visit Wentzville very often and travel through there to get to Troy a lot, as well. It’s exciting watching it change so rapidly.

      Thank you for the correction of my mistake

    Would you say Wentzville School District is better or worse than Fort Zumwalt or Francis Howell?

    • @LivingStLouis
      @LivingStLouis  ปีที่แล้ว

      I can't give personal opinions on school districts, but niche.com ranks Francis Howell and Ft Zumwalt just above Wentzville: www.niche.com/k12/search/best-school-districts/c/st-charles-county-mo/

      That's a fair point, I've definitely heard of hesitation to move to this area due to the highly developed mass suburbia feel that it has

    More like Bottleneck of the nation. I've lived here 10 years. It was alright 15,000 residents ago. And would still be great if they would add lanes, roads, expand out.. instead of piling in. The place has become a nightmare. Paralyzing. Suffocating. Impossible to move through. Terrible layout. Beautification policies put curbs and planters, choking off every parking lot in town, further adding to the series of bottlenecks. And it still is not beautiful. And now its not only still ugly, but choked off. I sometimes drive through town after 10pm and remember how nice this town COULD be. On the flip side, as a tradesman.. lots of development means lots of work. But other than that, prepare to pull your hair out every time you leave the house. The only way to avoid the mess, is to drive out of this town.

    It’s not so much that people are moving TO these places as they are desperately trying to leave one of the murder capitals of the US. Personally I’d move to Ladue

      Given the number of people I’ve personally worked with and spoken to who have moved across the country from much bigger cities to St. Charles county specifically, I can tell you there is an appeal some people like in Wentzville regardless of what’s going on in the city of St. Louis

      How is the special education compared to SSD’s in Rockwood?
