Would you all be able to do a video on Jefferson County towns? I see a lot about the safest STL suburbs, but I’m curious about whether Jefferson County is a good option for us when it comes to commuting to STL for work. If not, that’s totally okay! Thank you!
To be honest it really depends on what you prioritize in a new home. Both Fischer & Lombardo differ in the upgrades & features they offer. Fischer has some very unique floor plans compared to other STL builders like the 5-level home option. Lombardo has more options if you're looking for a home on a larger 2-3+ acre lot. They both have some base pricing available in the $300s and $400s but Lombardo also has more "luxury" options that start in the $700s depending on your budget and how large of a home you want. I'd also recommend looking at the communities they build in because they will have different locations. Sometimes they build in the same community (like Caledonia, Inverness, or Blvd at Wilmer) but oftentimes they have communities in totally different areas
