❤ we love you and we love Mississippi! Thanks for another great video
Thank you!! Miss you guys!!
Very accurate for living MS! 😊
Thank you for saying this!
Just moved here to Ocean Springs (2) weeks ago. Other than the recent cold weather all is good.
Glad you like it! If you ever get up to the Madison area, give us a shout!
We are looking now in your area . Planning on a trip over that way next week. Sold this place in Texas. Need 3/2 or morebr/bath. Need fenced yard but if cheap enough we can build a fence.
Hi Evelyn, hit me up a day or 2 before you come and I"ll book a few appointments to tour a few homes...what's your budget? 601-613-9100 is my cell
Thank you so much for this video. Having grown up in Colorado I'm so glad that you were able to compare the two states. It is extremely dry and dusty here. Right after you dust there's a layer of it 😅
You are welcome! I'm actually in Colorado now on vacation in Aspen. Been fighting nose bleeds every day...I forgot about all the dryness!!!
Used to live on the coast. Miss it.
Hello, I am planning to move there so I am looking forward to what it has offered

Thank you for your very informative video 🎉 Do you know if in Madison or Brandon are middle- and highschools with the IB program ?
looks like the nearest IB is in Jackson...about a 20 -30 minute commute from Brandon or Madison.
That's a great video to get the insight of Mississippi. Could please tell me about University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg?
USM is a large university, with a small school setting. Hattiesburg is a great town, one of the best in Mississippi, be sure and check out the video posting later today on the top 5 cities to live in MS.
I'm considering moving to Madison from the east coast. The slower pace would be an adjustment

Crimes rate is what I concern most.
Hi Donna, my fiancee and I are planning a vacation to Mississippi. We're really excited to visit some of the natural wonders of the state, like Red Bluff, Sky Lake, and the Cypress Preserve. What other areas would you recommend?
We're also really excited to come and eat some good food. We've heard a LOT about southern BBQ, what would be the best place or city to go for that?
If you're into History, Check out the town of Natchez...it has a lot of cool stuff. When you get to Jackson, check out Pig and Pint BBQ or The Hickory Pit!.
We would love to move down from Canada but even for two college educated professionals immigration is difficult
so sorry to hear that Mike! Don't give up!!
Come check out Raymond MS! Cool little town! Y’all be sure to stop by and say hi at Benjamin’s Custom Framing and Fine Art LLC there too!
How is northern Mississippi? Thank you
There are some great towns in Northern MS...check out Natasha's video on Olive Branch....th-cam.com/video/Vtfkm-dmMWc/w-d-xo.html
It's Great here in Beautiful North Mississippi..Tupelo MS
BIRTHPLACE OF THE KING !!
@@joelnichols2164 agree! My next video is 5 best cities to live in Mississippi....and Tupelo made the cut!
@LivinginCentralMississippi thank you soo much I will do that
Born there raised in a another state went back to be with family left after family passed away.In small towns they are very clannish and you are a outsider.Dont do it if you have no family or friends. They are last in many important aspects of life such as education, medical and good paying jobs. There are people down there that work 2 jobs just to make enough money to live.Crime is also very high especially burgery and robbery.Other than that it is a beautiful state with a lot of hunting and fishing opportunities.
How is Mississippi for those who are not conservative, but more left of center and not church goers?
@@curtisthomson4209 well it is a Bible Belt state
Hello. Are you aware of the statistics of Mississippi? I read that the state is the bottom of almost everything, such as education, health, and drinking water.
Hi, yes I'm aware. But you really need to look at individual cities too. I'd encourage you to come check it out for yourself...careful what you read on the internet....
How is Healthcare down there?
How is getting a job down there?
@@edkuehn4007 depends on the industry...We have 4 major hospitals in Jackson, so plenty of healthcare and related industries. Which to your healthcare question, we have plenty of options there too! No shortage of Dr's here! We also have car manufacturing jobs here. There are several regional banks located here too if banking is your thing.
What about living on the shoreline Biloxi Mississippi?
Mississippi sounds like a utopia if you are white. What if you are Black, Hispanic, Nativity American or Asian. I've heard the number one thing to look out for is the institutional racism. You said that Mississippi is so friendly and named the hospitality state. When Jackson was having water problems did Madison run to their aid?
I would say be careful about the rumors you hear. The people in Mississippi are very friendly, especially compared to other states. Find me a state where there's no racism or discrimination. Thankfully we live in a free country where citizens are free to elect the people that will help make it better.
