I do this stretch every morning as part of my warmup and I just speed it up. Love it and it’s so thorough. I always wake up so stiff so it’s become a necessary and helpful start to my morning!

After chemo, radiation and currently on immunotherapy my body has felt weak and I have not been able to work out! Some of your work out have worked perfectly with my Hickman central line! 1 year postpartum here and absolutely love your workouts! Thank you for the modifications for low impact, I’m still working on healing my pelvic floor and can’t always do all the jumping. Would LOVE if this stretch video was attached to your workouts, I feel like the two mins of stretch at the end isn’t always enough. Thanks for all you do and for all the motivation.
I love this quick stretch ❤️ What am I doing wrong that makes my transition from down dog into plank so awkward? 😆 it’s like I’m either planking OR in down dog - I can’t transition between them smoothly.
I have been sick for a few days with severe muscle aches. They still hurt a lot so I thought I'd try stretching. This was more difficult than I hoped. Praying this passes quickly. I don't sit still well!

What's kind of strange to me is that I don't have any muscle pain from the pyramid workout.. No muscle pain in general since last Friday. So I'm starting to wonder if I should go for heavier weights again? 🤔
WAY TO GO!! I'm so glad you enjoyed this one! Soreness isn't the best mark of progress -- I would focus instead on how the last few reps feel. They would be challenging, to the point of failure by the last rep. If you're able to crank out all the reps relatively easily, it's time to go up in weights!
I think I have a tendinitis in the back of my knee from running 😣. I need to rest and ice it, hope it will get better soon, I need to try the pyramid haha! 🙏🏼
