I'm totally pumped watching this video. Thanks for sharing all of this information. I'll admit you had me rolling on the floor when you pointed to the charging port and said that you had no idea how to use it. I'm heading for part two now. I still don't see how they are not paying you for being top salesman of the year; and give you free stuff for life. Excellent video and being a fan of spaghetti westerns, I enjoyed the intro.

I’m afraid to even watch these last two videos. So, I suffer from horrible insomnia sometimes. Well I had very little sleep while making and editing these videos. I kept falling asleep wile editing them, and didn’t watch them after they were edited. I actually meant to post them one after another, but I fell asleep after posting the first one for about 4-5 hrs before posting the next one. Yeah, I confused the power port for that new external ground port that added. That little skit at the beginning was a lot better in my head, lol. I just wanted to do something a little different. You’ll like part two, i mention you in it. Thanks for watching buddy.

Thanks FishOn Nelson. If you’re are planning on getting a Micsig for automotive use, I would go with the new SATO. It has a few more options than the older ATO. That and those buttons & joysticks on the right side really make navigating easier. Also, it helps if you have gloves, grease, oil, etc on your hands; you don’t have to touch the screen. I’m here if you have any questions. Good luck and thanks for watching

Not sure if your TH-cam name is just a play on words or whatever; but I love fishing. Usually for bass and or Red Fish. If you do and you live around the San Antonio (Texas) area, maybe we can go sometime.

@@atomsworkshop195 Thank you! and thank you for your response.. many tubers are so busy making content that they cant get back to the audience that they have inspired.. do you have any recommendations on where to buy from - I've seen the SATO between 699 - 800+

When I bought my Micsig, I got it off Amazon from Sainsmart (I believe). They were the least expensive, about $100 less than from Micsig off Amazon. I can’t really speak on anywhere else, since I haven’t bought it from anywhere else. From what I’ve seen, I would expect to pay $700-$800. I know it’s not cheap, but from what I’ve seen, it’s by far the best option in that price range. I have 3 Micsig scopes, and like then all. They also continue to improve them and add more options with each newer model. The only Automotive scopes I would want more than the Micsig would be the Pico or the ATS (automotive test solutions) eSCOPE Elite. Only you will pay considerably more for either of them.

Hello. Where are you connected on the vehicle? Connect directly to the DLC (data link connector). I have two other videos that show me connected to the CAN BUS. One is called “Playing With the MicSig AT01104
Can Bus Hi &Low”. In this video, I am not talking. You only hear some stupid music that my editing app offers. It does show what pins I am connecting to and some other things using text. The other video gives more info. It is called “Micsig STO1104E Oscilloscope
CAN Hi & CAN Low”. In this one I am using a break out box (BOB) that is connected to the DLC, but it’s the same as connecting directly to it. The first video, I am using the ATO (Micsig’s older Automotive Scope); and the second one I am using the Micsig STO, but it’s all the same. Doesn’t matter which scope you are using. Also, I will say this: sometimes the presets are a little off, so you might have to make some adjustments to the time base and or voltage. Scan through those videos, and see if that helps you. If not, let me know. Good luck.

In the second video, towards the end; I did figure out why I was getting the Overload and Error messages. I also showed how and why.
