I am surprised you didn't clean the axle, the wheel hub or anything else for that matter....
I'm not concerned with cosmetic appearance.

@@wrench It’s a lawnmower keyed axle. In the theory, the wheel shouldn’t turn at all on the axle. Speeds will never be over 5 mph. If it was a car or trailer axle, different story. You guys can worry for me.
