    I needed this channel so desperately . I have watched so much on the subject for almost 2 years….and only recently found this. I so appreciate everything and everyone’s input. I am 63 years young.

    OMG you all on the Finch app? If not you can do affirmations as a goal and yes they are so cringy yet they help. Sometimes I find myself writing a very passive agressive negative/positive affirmation and I just go with it. I'll say something like this, "Even though I want to kick the neighbors butt for playing loud music for the thousandth time I will not react." lol
