Nice video. I’ve taken this train numerous times. It’s always been super-crowded. I was even on the train that experienced the shooting incident in Tucson in October 2021. I much prefer getting a roomette, although that’s pretty expensive. One correction: One crosses the Colorado River, and *then* enters Arizona. Again, thanks for the well-done video.
thanks for showing the tucson station ill be moving to georgia towards the end of the year and will be leaving from there. so nice to see what to expect
I was on the Southwest Chief out of California that very same night of June 17th. Love the filming of all the stops, the Sunset Limited is the BEST train. At least I think so, in my heavily biased opinion.
We took it when it ran from LA to Orlando Florida that was a great trip back in the day we had a family room on the train. it cost back then $786. Now over $1,100.
Great video well done. However, just to make one correction. When you identified the highway as interstate 10 at Lake Charles Louisiana that actually is US 90. No big deal as they both paralleled each other at some points between LA and Jacksonville Florida. Also, is it my imagination or did the train appear not to be moving that fast in the open country in California and Arizona?

Great video, I will be taking the Sunset Limited in 12 days as part of a 20 day trio using all 10 segments of a US Rail Pass.
Hi! How was your trip? Can you tell me more about it?
What's a 20 day trio?
I really enjoyed your video !
I took the Sunset Limited from Maricopa to LAX last July. The train was packed and was seven hours late to Los Angeles Union Station.
great trip video aboard this long distich train with station route information as well as indoor and out doors tours

Thanks for all the interesting facts!
Thanks. I can check Sunset Limited off my list.

Stasiun yg boleh ditiru di Indonesia
Well done!😂
The Lord was with you on your walk to the hotel, please don't do that again. Stay safe.
lots of lawnmower sheds being used for stations too bad the depots are gone!
Are they always combined like that?
Not coach again?????
it would be nice to see more scenery instead of the inside of the cars and the food that is served, yuk.
Go to bed man , see it's getting late.. PLEASE..at least try to get 6-8 hour sleep...😮
No food review, bruuh...
My favorite part of this trip is when you get off in New Orleans, you’re a 5 minute walk from one of the best times of your life
