PROF TUMUSIIME MUTEBILE: Museveni lauds late BOU Governor’s service

Several people including President Museveni attending the requiem service for former Bank of Uganda governor Emmanuel Mutebile have lauded him for his service to the country. The service was held at Kololo Independence grounds where his personal Doctor Dr Ben Mbonye disclosed the cause of Mutebile’s death.
