Samsung buds not charging easy fix

- By connecting the two charging pins togheder, the docking begins to function normally. I would like to mention that this was waterdamadged , and after every charge refuses to charge the two earbuds.

OHH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH!! nothing else like touching or resetting was working for me! Just make sure to not get shocked if a spark appears like it did when I tried
At that small voltage, and amperage, it would be strange to see a spark....but hey, glad to help

After 3 months trying to solve my Right Bud issue:
-Not being detected in Galaxy Wearable
-Not charging nor the case blinking
-Therefore can't update the buds (both R & L must be connected)
finally it worked well, got back on track!

My case was not charging via wire or wireless. But the buds were charging. Done this and now the indicator shows charging via the case. Thank you
Yes, mine does it too. This trick works for me , and I must repeat every time, I charge the case. But my charging case is water damaged, and still works .

Worked for me, too. I couldn't break the paper clip to look the way you did, so I just touched it to the prongs as is. Now my right earbud is charging again. Thank you. 🤗

Haha...Tried 3 different methods from 3 different videos...But i am not sure what worked because i was not getting the same outputs as mentioned in all of the previous videos. 1. Using the copper cable to connect charging port pins. 2. Pressing the faulty earbud inside the charging case. 3. Or taking and putting the bud several times in the charging case. My guess is that all of the scenarios worked. My left bud fell into the water 1 year ago so i think the first case was necessary and then all i needed to do was to follow the next two case.

It's a paperclip. You can use scissors, copper wire, just make a contact between the two charging pins.
Did you fix it or not?

btw - mine had no contact with any liquid, always kept in dry spot - just randomly stopped charging when not usb-c connected.

My buds show they are charging but I can not even get to wear them twice and they are dead?
One of my contact pins in the right bud charging station is way lower than the other ones and that's why it isn't charging the right bud, what can I do to fix this? PLEASE HELP!
Try to pull it out, or disassemble the charging station, and reinstall it properly.
my buds also was in the washing machine but i did what you showed and it is still not working. What do i do?
I had the docking station waterdamadged, not the buds themselves... And the fix was: disassembly, and charge the battery separately, or connecting another lithium battery in paralell , to engage the charging process. This procedure will be quite difficult with the buds, cose they're small, and the reassembly is tricky, cose the contact between the battery and the electronics in the bud is hard to get to be stable.I haven't done it, just saw some wideos on TH-cam...
Bro i have another problem. The buds do not charging inside the case. I will try ur method. It is cleared but the buds have do not charged the inside case. Please tell me brother.
After trying ur method the buds is connected to my phone but not charging inside the case. But the case is charged.
And also the case inside indicated light ia not blinking

I really don’t know. This thing apparently works for the charging case ..... But ,since you have nothing to lose , try the same method on the bud itself, clean the contacts with alcohol and a toothpick. Try whatever crosses your mind, put it to charge, leave it there. Try again an so on. Hope you make it somehow ;)

The light is blinking when I put in just the right bud by itself. What should I do?
Try to let it charge for some time, charge it in case under charge and without plugged in. Short the pins together for two seconds, and the charging case should blinking red. Do this BEFORE YOU PUT DHE BUD(S) IN THE CHARGING CASE.

The gold coating on the pins is a thin layer, designed for use as is... scratches are not recommended, but a good clean with some alcohol of any kind ,is welcomed.
He pins on the charging case are those that need to be connected together (in my case at least) not the buds contact points..

Making a short circuit between the two charging pins is the purpose of the whole thing.
Mine is charging but it is not getting into the buds
Flashes n everything but left earbud still is not charging...may have to conclude that something is wrong with the earbud itself
Maybe the contacts need someone cleaning with a toothpick and alcohol, and some more time to charge...

Try some more scenarios... Keep it under charge, do the trick, leave it to charge for some more time, and so on... Maybe the battery is dead. I had to open my case and wire an other battery in parallel, to start the charging of the case's battery. But hey, don't give up Hope ;)

Hi there!
For the most of us, it works.
Try again by : 1 put the case to charge
2 connect the pins together, until it blinks red twice ( I connect the pins and wait until it blinks Red 2 times, but its not a rule, i newer let more, because its enough.
3 insert the buds and let them charge .
Inner LED shoud be red continously.
Close the case. If the outside LED is red, orang or green, showing charging level, you're fine.
Note! After the case is charged, and removed from charging, connect the pins once again until red flashes, to be able to charge the buds when the case is not under charge.
In my case i connect the pins every time, under and after charge.

Did this, the light went away, but the earbuds still don't charge
Clean the contacts with some wooden toothpick end alcohol, then leave it on charge overnight. Maybe you have luck..

Try to put the case to charge, and then do the trick while it's under charging, then put them in the case, (don't interrupt the charging)

:) It's fine for me. I'm glad ,it's working, considered the money I paid for it, and that was waterdamadged, an unuseable ;) ...so I'm a happy person.
