- Ordered some parts in bulk for the bug and while most of the aesthetic mods went rather smooth. The oil filler on the other hand was a complete fail. Had to wait what felt like months before being able to drive Selena. Back to our regularly scheduled program !!

Have a blessed day.
I appreciate the fact that you kept filming over the course of multiple weeks so you could get a decent length video instead of just cutting it short at 10 min or whatever. I respect the dedication.
Thank you for noticing. I try to make the video as involved as possible. Want y’all to come along for the journey. I would hate to do everything first and then just talk about it. I want you to see as much as the whole process as possible.
im loving the colour of your bug and the engine theme. great video
Thanks bro !! Wasnt a fan of it at first but over the years the baby blue has definitely grown on me.
Man, thanks for the tip about the tool for removing the oil breather. Nice vid
No problem 👍 Had to share the tricks that worked for me. So y’all don’t got to struggle like I did😂
I just noticed you have the windshield air vents put in reverse. They are supposed to blow air to the windshield and not on the inside of the car. I understand you don't have humidity issues as I see you have the heat risers removed (looks like you don't have problems with carb icing). So you may have them put in reverse on purpose so to have a better ventilation...
I did use them to give off better ventilation but have since taken them off because they are just absolutely hideous sticking out without the rest of the dash.
Good vid man enjoy the vibe you have!
Good thing you vented that crankcase pressure!
Thanks for the support bro🙏and I definitely learned my lesson on that😂
16:14 I feel u bro. Great video

Great video. Oil is the life blood for the beetle. That reminds me its time to change mine.

@@tuned_tunas Yee can’t wait brotha 🤙🏼🙏🏼
I appreciate you bro🙏
Nice my man , I ordered one myself , for me , I’m going to ( see ) if I can run the blow by into the back of air cleaner? See if that will work , any way good to see your interest in the VW . From Santa Ana ca. Keep up the good work .
Just got to make sure you got the right tool for the job. Other then that this job is a cake. And thanks. I got into VW from my dad being into them. He always had them when I was growing up
You should install an electrical fuel pump .those mechanical pumps are known to rip through the diaphragm and leak fuel into your oil . If fuel get into your motor it can eventually mess up your engine.
I just bought a whole new rod, stand, fuel pump. Once I get my monwyes worth I'm planning to go electric. But probably on the next motor.
I put smart car tires on the front of mine. She’s low but no rub. 👍
I'm currently running 195 in the front. If I fix the camber I think it would fix the rubbing.
Gonna buy a bug next week, about to go crazy on it
That's right bro💪
Nice video, just a suggestion; run the oil breather to your air cleaner.
But that would defeat the whole purpose of installing it since I would need to vent the oil filler and it'll keep leaking. And wouldn't that just gunk up my air cleaner and carb ??
@@tuned_tunas umm , the motor needs to vent , look at the old one it had two vents , one for pressure and the bottom one is a oil dump. You could run the new one out but that’s just a suggestion, I’m in the same situation, I’m going to run mine into the air cleaner, ( we will see if that works , ) keep at I’m sure you’ll do it right.
My stock oil filler only has 1 port. Or are you talking about rhe air cleaner ?? I haven't seen any other ports on it. I much rather run it like this to avoid having oil in my engine bay.
what camera you using on the drive home at the end of the video loooks clean

Really? Two 15 second ads in the beginning to watch your video? Delete.
Beyond my control my boy. That’s all TH-cam. Upgrade to premium if you don’t want the ads. Simple solution to a simple issue.
@@tuned_tunas You’re just hard up for money.
You do realize this is beyond my control right ?? I don’t add any more ads. I just let TH-cam do it’s thing. 2 ads before videos is pretty common. If that’s too much for you. This might not be your platform. People just be quick to blame anyone else.
