I put my phone on a plane. Really shuts up the notifications 😂. Great video as always. Keep them coming.

I like it! Those dings and rings can really be a pain when you're in the middle of something, especially if it drives you crazy NOT to reply. Airplane mode sounds like a great option to keep the air clear of distractions until your task is complete. Thanks!

Yes, I started putting my phone in airplane mode when I am midday to speed up recharging it. Then I started using it when I wanted to not be interrupted. However, a long time ago I learned to put email to NOT send you alerts when you have a new on comes in, so I have email on “manual refresh” so I have to tell it to go get any new emails a couple times a day when I’m going to sit down & deal with them. Only recently I started using the phone’s “do not disturb” feature between 11pm and 7am because my friends in other time zones forget that if it’s 8am there it’s 5am here and I get woken up earlier than I planed. The DND feature lets me permit some numbers to ring/text through so I set up spouse and siblings for that because none of them would normally call between 11p - 7a unless it were truly urgent.
So airplane mode & DND are my friends.
