    Skewers
    For the marinade
    600 g chicken net
    200 ml of coconut milk
    2 lemongers
    2 cloves garlic
    A teaspoon of sesame oil
    1 teaspoon of cumin powder
    1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon of coriander powder
    1 teaspoon of sugar
    1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
    For the Satay sauce
    200 ml of coconut milk
    130 g peanut paste
    1 tablespoon of red curry paste
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    2 tablespoon of white rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon of dark soybean sauce
    1 half teaspoon of salt and 150 ml of water
    For cucumber pickles
    1 half cucumber
    1 shallot
    1 pepper
    120 ml of white rice vinegar
    30 g of sugar
    1 quarter of teaspoons of salt
