    Hispanic Executive hosted a virtual discussion with DeVry University's Chief Marketing Officer, Remberto Del Real, about the impact employee resource groups make within an organization and higher education. Rem shares how employee resource groups are valuable for creating a more inclusive workplace to help colleagues network, grow within their careers, and give back to the community. Employee resource groups can also help make an impact on an organization's initiatives that can have a significant influence on external stakeholders. For example, our Society of Latinx leaders were trusted advisors during the launch of the NextGen Hispanic Scholars Program to help advance our Hispanic, Latino, and Latina learners' ambitions in the #technology industry.
