Ingredients for Mutton curry salna :-
Mutton - 1/2 kg
Onion - 200grm
Tomato - 200grm
Oil - 100ml
Chilli powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Corinder powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 tablespoon
Curry masala - 3 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
Water - 1/2 litre
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 3
Clove - 3
Cardamom - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
Corinder leaves - little pinch
Mint leaves - little pinch
Green chilli - 3
Curd - 100ml

Timing kuda mobile la set panni senjen. My hubby said, "kari vaaila karaiyuthu", my mom said, "semma soft ah irukku" (my mom has very week teeth, she cannot chew hard things).
