“TURON” Sweet and Popular Street food in the Philippines, my favorite “TURON”

TURON is one of the Popular Street Food in the philippines Delicious all time favourite snack.
Ingredients:
2 pcs of plantain banana thinly sliced( depending on your preference)
1 can ripe jackfruit
1 cup of brown sugar to sweeten yhe banana and to coat the roll ( again its your preference if you want it sweeter)
Spring roll wrapper
500mls cooking oil to fry.
Instructions;
cooker should be only on a moderate heat when caramelising the sugar.
