India is worse than a lot of African countries they just have a big economy because of a billion people, in fact, scaled to gdp, India and Nigeria are similar, 200million people in Nigeria with a 470b gdp scaled to 1.4billion people would be 3.4 trillion which just happens to be Indians gdp, Nigeria in terms of quality of life is somewhere in the 30s in Africa which is half in the list(54 countries) .
