    Another perfectly concise video! Ive speant more time messing with Mook AI and failing than I did to watch this video to learn how use Mook AI works. Youre definitely a teacher, Mr. Weaver.

    does this mod doesnt work with modern versions of foundry and dnd5e? coz i've tried using it and it does nothing. pressing G does nothing

    How did you manage to get it to work with midi qol? The mooks AI works but there damage does not get automaticly substracted from my PCs hp.

      Yeah, unfortunately since this video was released a change has made it so Mook AI untargets before MIDI-QOL can apply the damage. I was able to get it to work still, but I had to edit the module file itself. In the MookAI module folder you can find the .json file which you can edit easily with notepad. I added // to comment out clearTargets() and then it went back to working again as expected with MIDI-QOL.

    I can't seem to get my mooks to apply the actual damage to their selected target (player) token. Everything else seems to work, though (planning, movement, targeting, rolls, even Let Me Roll That For You saves from the targeted player). I have MIDI-QOL installed as well (plus many other modules, so there's a good chance it's interfering with something else). Regardless, your videos have been incredibly helpful in setting up my modules in Foundry! I've subscribed and look forward to your future videos. Thanks for the awesome content!

      Didn't use Mook-AI in my last session so I didn't notice this - but it seems as though I'm having the same experience. There were some recent changes to the MIDI-QOL workflow so it's possible it affected it.

      Yeah, it seems to be an issue with the targeting of MookAI and clearing it too early. Mentioned here. I was able to fix it using the same method they mention in the issue, editing the mook.js file. Not ideal though, ha. github.com/dwonderley/mookAI/issues/18

    good video, the module will be good for combat only encounters. but i hope i have enough variation in my planning so i don't need this module

    Looking at your screen, you have an abundance of macros shown. What are they for? I’m relatively new to FVTT and have a couple but no where near what you have. Can you explain?

      Ha, yeah I need to do a better job at organizing those. You probably don't need that many on the hotbar itself, but I use macros for token effects/traps/animations and a few other things.

      You actually answered it below! I didn't have the actor assigned to a player, as soon as I did, maces and swords to the face of the token! Thanks for all you do brother!

    Your mook AI displays in the chat who's being attacked and mine does not. Why?

      That's likely due to your MIDI-QOL workflow settings.

    Hi! I've been toying with the module, but my Goblins where attacking a token that they couldn't be seeing (it was inside a house). Did you have the same problems?

      Token vision is turned on for the goblins? I had that problem until I checked that and also made sure token vision for the map was on as well.

      @@mr.weaver6742 I disabled the "playerd control owned hidden tokens" of midi-qol, now seems to work. Thanks!

      Hmm... Not sure. I can try to help. Are you fully updated? When you installed the module it should have said you also needed lib find the path. Did you install that as well? What other modules are you using? Try disabling and enabling this module as well as try using this module in a fresh world with minimal modules.

      Sounds like you have an incompatible mod. Another thing you can try it to disable entire sections of you list, like the top 50% and if not then the bottom 50% and the problem goes away then zoom in on the culprit and disable it(but remember to check for an update later for that mod if you insist on using it). I had this same issue with Fx Master and Bouncing numbers and now they both work.

      Same here. My npcs just walking around, no attacks and no confirmation of movement. I try jus enable MIDI QOL, this module and its dependency. All npcs have vision enable.

      @@henriquegoncal So they are moving? I only experienced the confirmation when the NPC's turn involved an attack against a PC. The actors that are on the scene do need to be assigned to a player if they aren't already. Not sure if that helps, I'll try taking a look later on a new world.
