How is the edge to edge and corner cleaning? I have a hoover floormate one pwr and it leaves a solid 2inch baorder from the wall on the sides, about an inch in the front. And it doesnt suck up wet pet hair well either.

I just received mine. All I can say is Nice, I am so happy I bought mine. I think of this as a tool, that's quiet IMO, but yes it leaves about a 1 1/2 to 2" border around the wall. But my tile floors look great. BTW it takes about 4 hours to charge for about 30 min run time.
I noticed that if you run the right side against the walls it gets alittle closer then the right side. I think because the way the roller is installed.

That's the downside...it only runs for about 25 min on max cleaning... so best to do a bit each day. It's not a "clean your whole house" type tool.😅
I wish that you explained how do use it. For example putting it on the charging plate. What do those numbers mean at the top that are lit up? What do the different buttons on it do, etc.
I am working on an updated review now that I've had it a yr. It should be up soon.
We bought a busses steam cleaner and my wife loves it but it doesn’t scrub like this one. Looks awesome!!
We have a black and decker 7 in 1 steam cleaner but I love my tineco because it's so easy and quick to use. Definitely great if you have pets to keep the floors clean of pet hair. And the self cleaning feature is my favorite...I no longer have to clean it like our last floor scrubber.

I notice you had dog bowls do the dogs shed? How does the vacuum perform with the suction of the dog hair? And mopping at the same time...
She does shed, she has short hair though. It hasn't affected the suction, but you do have to make sure to clean the roller brush to make sure the hair doesn't get trapped behind it. I plan to make an update video soon explaining this more since I know it's important info for pet parents.

Thanks for the review. I ordered one, waiting for it. Do you still like yours ? I'm just wondering if it's truly safe on any hardwood floor. My main use is going to be for the tile, but if it's safe for the hard wood, it would be nice. My husband said our floors are not sealed hardwood. I'm currently using o-cedar spin mop for the hardwood.
We still love ours, we don't have any natural hardwood, our floors are mainly different types of type in the bathrooms and kitchen dining room, and then that laminate hardwood type flooring, and as far as we were told the hardwood flooring in our bedrooms and living rooms aren't sealed. We haven't had any issue at all, it really doesn't soak the floors, it's about the same if not less wetness left as a spin mop, but way less taxing. I plan to do an update video soon .
Where have you gotten this vacuum i have had so many different one's maybe this one will work better

You skipped putting the handle on, and that’s why I was looking for a video. My handle does not seem to want to go in

Does it need to stay connected to the base when not in use?
I guess not technically, but the base is also the charger. My husband left it off the charging dock last week after he finished using it, it didn't seem to lose charge from sitting turned off and not on the dock, but I did charge it before using it again.

Is there a way to make it stop talking?
Not that I have found. We unplug ours during storms because when the power goes off and on it randomly starts talking. Which can be startling at night 😂
Yes. You can do it only from the app. You have to connect it to WiFi
I was never able to get it to connect to the app! Did you have any trouble getting it to connect
