      It's a fine mesh filter, so smaller particles are filtered out. So HEPA is good if available.

      Prefilter which is sipplied is 10 micron.
      0.3 micron filter (HEPA, UPLA & polish filter) will prevent the fine dust to come out from vacuum cleaner through exhaust air. Hepa preferred for close room operation and GMP.

    I purchased this product 6 month's back it is working on but tbe telescopic tube is not opening. Since the day i purchased. I tried to contact customer care several hundred times but no proper response or use kindly send the telescopic tube or replaced.

      If you have 320 wiring it should not be a problem, so make sure first that your wiring can take the load.

    Hi.......does it work on Tile surface for Pet Hair......as I got pets and that's the main purpose.....removal of pet hair from the tile floor.😇😅

      Yes it will work on tiled floor and can help remove pet hair. It's quite powerful and you just need to choose the appropriate floor brush.

      It's only a cap to reduce the air blowing on us, it doesn't reduce the pressure in any way. So even if you don't put it the vacuum will work.

      It should be able to, I've seen a team from urban company clean my tank with a similar vacuum and they sucked the remaining water out using it. Not sure how well detergent will be pulled off, but water I'm sure of.

      It fills the bottom container and not the bag.

      It's safer to have the dust bag within as the dirt/dust can enter the motor if it's not present.

      There are two vents if I can call them that, one side is the blower and the other is the vacuum. Remove and attach to the other vent and it would work as a vacuum. This should be present at the middle of the vacuum.

      As with all vacuums it will get hot after long use. Best to use it in 10-15 bursts so that it has adequate cooling time in between. This could also be counted when moving the vacuum between rooms, it should not be run for hours continuously as the motor will heat up and get damaged.

      @@sonamsharma7160 have not measured specifically, we only use for short amount of time so should not use too much. It is 1600 watts so the per hour usage should be calculatable.

      It can do both Suck leaves and also blow, it depends on which end you connect the tube to. Also it would be best for dry leaves.

    Air is coming out from blower as well as from one of the side near the locking hook of the top part or the gap above the clip ( yellow colour region) in the lid is it complaint

      The vacuum would suck in air from the front and blow it out the back. As per where you attach the hose you either get a blower or a vacuum. A slight leak is ok, but if you are losing a lot of power due to this, better to call customer support.

      You can not use this for mopping. However the wet mode can be used to suck the water / liquid on the floor.

      It can, but that's really under utilizing it's power. It has a blower so you can clean the insides and your (computer) fans easily. The vaccum can clean dirt stuck in fan filters and keyboards. It's quite powerful so i would be careful with keyboards as there's no speed settings. You can try the inse s6p instead which is battery operated and also has speed settings.

      It has a big filter not sure if it's hepa. Having one in the vacuum would help purify the air as it's being sucked in and all that dust doesn't fly onto your face.

    Dear Sir you have given very good information about this agaro.... after watching this video... just I have purchased this agaro.. i found one problem in my agaro vacuum cleaner.
    Other than the blower function, the air is leaking out from one side / top side near the locking hook in horizontal gap above the clip in the lid? What is reason behind air is licking from other side...... is it faulty product..
    Please reply.......

      Hi, my vacuum doesn't have any air leaking near the locking hooks. You can try turning the top a bit and lock it down again. There is a section at the bottom which is a bit thicker, so the hook might be sitting above and not locked down properly. You could also try calling Agaro Customer care, if faulty they will help replace it.

      Hey i also got one today and it seems to have the same problem i noticed after removing the side filter that the path for air to leave comes from there and only that side gets more warm then other maybe they did it to manage heat but i am not sure.

      It's suction power is 21.5 kpa. It's very powerful, I've shown how It sucks the debri off the floor and carpets, and also water off wet floors.

    I purchased it today and air seems to also come out from right hook side I removed the filter from the back to see the passage for air to travel also from that side can you please confirm with yours if its normal as i think it is there to control the heat as the right side gets slightly more warm then left side

      If from the vent it's normal. One side is the blower and the other is the vacuum. You can attach the small black hood on the side you're not using. Watch this section 1:27.
