    So I have this and use it all the time. It’s amazing. I empty the waste water after every use however I only give it a full clean once a month. And it works great! Tineco comes with a two year warranty and literally any issues just phone then and they will send parts or replace it free of charge. They have an amazing warranty and service!!

    Thank you for sharing this video. I have been wanting a vacuum mop for a while now because I want to just do everything at once instead of sweeping and then mopping, also brooms just do not cut it for me, they do not pick up everything. I am also on a budget so I wanted a relatively cheap option, but also wanted one that worked. I read a bunch of reviews for this vacuum mop and some were very negative, but without video or picture evidence you can't really tell if it was user error, or maybe they were just sent a bad one. Sorry this is a book, but I really appreciate this video because now I can actually see how well this product works and based off of your experience I think I might pick one up. Thank you once again.

    I just got mine and washed my floor for the first time I loved it! Wow! Quick and don't feel like I did a workout! The only thing is I'm not sure the mop self cleaned. So I'm recharging it then I'll try the self cleaning again and then I'll clean it all up. Still worth it because mopping is hard work and sweeping and scooping up. We have pet hair so this still saves time.

    I loved my Tineco A11 until under 60 days after the 2 year warranty expired. I am experiencing the same problem that many are indicating on this page…motor won’t turn and a red light appears on the battery. After trouble shooting, it appears that the motor is shot. Bummer! I hate to throw it out since it cost a lot of money and owning it for just over 2 years seems like it was a poor investment.

    I just bought one today and I was so excited to use it! Well I just took it out of the box about 30 mins ago. I put it together, added the water and cap full of solution and I was ready to see my floor nice and clean. Well there is no sign of water anywhere on my floor and the brush is bone dry 😢 After trying it for the last 25 mins with no mopping action I decided to put it on the charger and I’ll try it again later. My daughter has the Shark mop/vac and she likes it better than her regular vacuum. The only reason I didn’t buy that Shark is bc you have to continuously buy the pads for it and I figured the amount I’d pay in new pads would add up to the price of this mop/vac in no time. I’m really hoping it’s not defective 😢

    • @deandraaguilar9112

    • @deandraaguilar9112
      @deandraaguilar9112  2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Thanks for the comment! Self clean only cleans the brush. I have to leave the dirty water cup and the clean solution cup in the mop while it cleans the brush because it uses both of them while self clean is on. (It shoots cleaning solution into the brush, and then spins it out into the dirty water cup) After that process is done (only takes a few minutes) I then remove the clean solution cup and the dirty water cup and clean both of them.

    What is the point of extra brushes? Can you wash the dirty brush/roller in a washing machine and switch to the clean one in the meantime? I was thinking of getting one for my basement. It's the guest/play/kid area. It doesn't get too dirty but I just don't feel comfortable using the same things down there and then carry them upstairs to do the rest of my house. I'm scared of bugs tbh! I might get it just for my basement but if having the extra brush helps me. So I can switch and throw those in wash while I clean the machine after the rest of the house, it would be even better! Other wise I'd rather just clean the one brush when it gets dirty than clean two.

    • @deandraaguilar9112
      @deandraaguilar9112  ปีที่แล้ว

      I've never thrown them in the washing machine, I usually just use the self clean feature on the mop machine. After that I take the brush out and let it dry completely. Having two brushes definitely helps keep them from smelling and keeping them dry so that I can use the other while the the 2nd brush gets cleaned or is drying. You're situation definitely sounds special and I would buy a second brush for the basement if I were you to be safe. It would be very helpful!
      Thanks for your comment! 🙂

    • @deandraaguilar9112
      @deandraaguilar9112  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I would say yes. At this point, I always use it as a mop. It can handle dust and small pieces of dirt, but it can't handle a Lego sized thing or a piece of dirt the size of your thumb. So I would recommend that you get the big stuff off the floor with your regular vacuum first. This is kind of a bummer for a lot of people, but the mop still cleans WAY better than a regular push around mop. Mine does anyway 😁

      The machine is only made for hardwood floors, vinyl, and tile. Thanks for the comment!

    Do you need to hold the solution trigger all the time while mopping? Or the water will come out automatically?

    • @deandraaguilar9112
      @deandraaguilar9112  2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      No, you don't need to hold the trigger down. The liquid automatically gets dispensed. However, if you feel like the brush isn't wet enough, or you're trying to get out a tough stain on the floor, you can use the trigger for extra liquid. Forgot to mention that in my video! Thanks for the comment! :)

    How do you use it as a vac only?? Is that possible??

    • @deandraaguilar9112
      @deandraaguilar9112  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      After reading through the manual, I don't think you can use it as ONLY a vacuum. There's no button or option for that. I'm not sure what would happen if you just didn't put any cleaning liquid in it. That may damage the machine though, so I probably wouldn't try that. Honestly, I would use it ALOT more if it could be used as just a vacuum as well. Thanks for your comment!

    Does this work on uneven slate tile floors?

    • @deandraaguilar9112
      @deandraaguilar9112  ปีที่แล้ว

      It does work on tile. If your floor is super uneven, it might miss some spots though so be careful with that. The first time you do it, just make sure everything is getting wet. My house is old, so there's uneven spots. Sometimes I have to go over a spot again coming from a different angle to get it. For the most part, it gets everything though. Hope this helps!

  • @carinapasillas7276

    Can you add a different solution? I can’t stand the smell but I love how it works!

    • @deandraaguilar9112
      @deandraaguilar9112  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I've seen people do it, and it seems they get away with it just fine, but I don't think Tineco recommends it. Of course, they want you to buy their solution lol.
      I think as long as you dilute it correctly, and it's not anything harsh like bleach, you should be ok if you want to use something else. Thanks for your comment! 😊

    Hold the sprayer button down or not?

    • @deandraaguilar9112
      @deandraaguilar9112  ปีที่แล้ว

      You don't need to hold the button down. The sprayer button at the top is just for dispensing extra liquid if needed for a tough spot.

    • @deandraaguilar9112
      @deandraaguilar9112  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hmm, I'm not sure. Mine doesn't seem to leave any lines. My floor is multi colored hardwoods though, so it's possible if there's lines, that I can't see them. My kitchen floor is white though, and I don't see them there. The only thing I can think of is maybe your dirty water cup is over filled, or the floor is too dirty for the mop to handle. If you don't think it's either of those, I would contact Tinco and see if they can help!

    Just bought this and the floor Washing doesn’t work. Put water to the level and added the cleaning liquid. Pressed spot but it’s not washing the floor. Tried the trigger but nothing comes out. What a let down. Already have a mop cleaner .. but it’s more physical to have to push. Ohh well.

      @@saraguyette2429 yeah finally it started working.. out of the blue. Lol. I was going to return it, but since it’s cordless, a lot smaller then most vacuums I have owned .. I will keep it. I’m not impress with the washing at all. The old mop is 10x better at removing spots. One thing that helps is warm water removed spots, stains .. this combo doesn’t allow you to put warm water. Ohh well .. I guess if you want something that actually works a damn.. spend $800
