We have had our Tineco for over a year now bought it from Walmart for a little over $100 my son used to rarely help mop the floor but with this he says it's therapeutic and helps way more lol we really it, we haven't used the Tineco solution since the first bottle, just make sure whatever you use does not create a lot of suds and dilute it well, great video.
Ive had this mop for over a year and didn't realize it self cleans. Literally had no idea, and was planning to sell it to upgrade to one that did. SOOO glad I stumbled upon this when I was searching for something else about it. I have a new found love for it lol. Thx
Just got mine and on the "just a vacuum". I didn't let my ifloor charge the first time and immediately started using it. It picked up the little crumbs on the floor and put it all in the dirty water tank. I guess if there isn't huge debris then you could use it has a vacuum by itself.
Hello. Super vacuum cleaner, it vacuums and wipes at the same time, a couple of years ago I had a Philips, there was an additional mop and it was terrible. It really stains the light floor, but it's not a problem to take a dry towel and wipe it dry before it dries, and the floor is clean and stain-free. Above all, the vacuum cleaner works as it should. Satisfaction.
Hallo, I want to know do you charge it after every use, i can’t find this information anywhere…. I use mine about 10 minutes, and place it back on its stand, but do I need to attach the cable charger every time I’m finished ? Thanks
So this did leave lines on the floor I used it on, it's due to the rubber underneath that acts as a squeegee. Quick fix, I carried a damp mop with me and buffed it out immediately after using. turned out incredible! I used it on a smooth, dark, tiled floor.
I bought it, I have used it twice and worked fine after reading the instructions and had to watch videos .. I have been trying to use for the third time and it won’t roll anymore and stops working … I checked for blockage no luck in fixing this … any ideas !
I bought the Ifloor2 and used it probably a total of 6 times in the past 2 years. It died last time i was using it. I took it apart and the battery will only charge to 8 volts and it needs 21. It was one month out of warranty and Tineco still wanted $88.00 to have them fix it. Walmart has them right now for $115.00 so why would I pay then $88.00. I would not repurchase this unit.
I cannot find an answer to this. Hope you can help. I really want to clean the head of this vacuum, where you used baby wipes to clean, mine needs more cleaning, and I’m wondering how to go about cleaning that. Can i have running water pass through it?
don't use Eucalyptus in the water or it will corrode the machine...always check with someone like Godfrey's before adding anything to your water. Salesperson says she just uses water!
If you're talking about essential oils. Then you are correct. Any essential oil will corrode the machine because it's plastic. Essential oils eat plastics.
It doesn't say it's capable of this in the manual, so I wouldn't recommend it, however, I've heard of some people doing it and getting away with it as long as it's only small debris.
Spot cleaning is actually a kinda troubleshooting to make sure that the water sprayer is working fine (Tineco has made an official video about it, most proly it had the title "water sprayer not working fine")
People I housesit for has one and I was cleaning their house and before I was able to clean one of the kids room it suddenly stopped working So I put it on charge, it’s been on charge for hours and still won’t turn on!! The blue light is just blinking blue, so if I can’t figure out what is wrong I’ll have to let them know that it’s not working right now
@@pomran4077mine used to streak when I first bought it alot it was annoying but I still liked the way it cleaned and no mop bucket, so I tried a few things, I felt like their solution caused my floor to streak, I even diluted it more but that didn't work , so I added a few drops of rubbing alcohol to the water and that helped a lot, and another time I used club soda diluted that worked too, you and others mentioned its the wheels or the flap under neath I always thought it was the roller brush and the solution causing the streaks but now I use different cleaners in mine depending on how dirty my floor gets, like after family and friend gatherings or when I fry chicken lol I notice different solutions diluted did or didnt leave streaks, just make sure you dont get suds...I hope this helps.
Mine did the same too at first, make sure it's plugged in and that the mop is in the forward position on the tray, then hold press the button for 3 seconds hopefully that will work for you if you haven't tried that already

Just bought one. Everything has worked fine so far. No lines on the floor. Speeds up cleaning my floor by a lot. Very easy to use.
Im thinking of returning it mines leaves lines n it makes the floor loom dirty
The tineco leaves lines ? That’s why I hate my Bissell and leaves dirty water that I have to go over the same spot a few times!

Best video ever!!!!!! Thank youuuuuuuuu
You asked my questions and now I’m excited.
Thank you again. You are the best!!! 💕
When you choose spot clean, it increases the water from 50ml/minute to 100ml
You can use the Bissell solution or Bona but not soapy.
I have been having so many user errors with mine. This was so soooo helpful. Thank you!!!
Just purchased one! Great video and really nice voice :)

Can you please tell me how to stop the cleaning flashing when it's charging. I have cleaned it over and over again and it's still flashing.

When u say we need to clean it every time after use, are u referring to the self clean function or to dismantle it entirely to clean?

Thanks! Very thorough answers. Bravo!
I got a refurbished one and it's awesome 99$ it's worth every penny
Thanks. I just bought this. And I’m very excited to use it.
Can the machine be operated while plugged in to charger?

I used the 1:1 ratio of cleaner, but my laminate is slick. Any tips?
Can the Tineco 3 be used on non-sealed hardwood floors?
Where do you purchase tineco solution once you need more??? Can’t find online
Here's an Amazon link to it 🙂

I'm never able to find it in a physical store though. 😔
I think ill still vacuum first, probably easier maintenance since ive got two dogs.
Mine is new but will not spray water
Does it work to just vaccum?
Very good review thank you

I think that's my problem, what device did u use to ck the volts/battery? Thanks Nanci
Can i use Vinegar?
Thanks for the helpful video!
Glad I was able to help!
Thorough. Thank you so much, madam.

That's how I cleaned mine one time the water passes right thru

Will it function as a vacuum only as well?
It doesn't say it's capable of this in the manual, so I wouldn't recommend it, however, I've heard of some people doing it and getting away with it as long as it's only small debris.
Do I need the stand to perform the self cleaning????
Yes, it fills tray with clean water and runs brush roller for 3 minutes in the tray, while plugged. Shuts off automatically
Why won’t it keep charge

It takes 4+ hours to charge.
I got one but it leaves streaks all over the floor
I just got mine and it does the same thing. Ugh! Wheel streaks everywhere on the first use.
Even after the floor drys

The lines come from the wheels. I just bought one and I have wheel marks all over floor.
Does this work on carpet
My question too
No, unfortunately it doesn't. :(
The instructions say to use only on non-carpeted floors like tile, hardwood and vinyl.
No
Can’t remove dirty tank water lid
Just pull the top part it comes right off if you just got it make sure it isn't taped down
@@1whocs486 I finally got it thank u I’m kinda old and not too strong.
It gets sort of suctioned on there while it's wet! You definitely have to pull on it sometimes! I'm glad you were able to get it off 😊
does it work as a vacuum.. lol I biu
How long does it take to charge??
4-5 hours
Mine won’t do the self clean

Thanks for this have been debating getting this one or the 3
I have the s5 pro and I loooove it!!
@@hferreira630 Does the S5 pro have dry vacuum only option?
@Mawar yes it does, sorry I didn't see this response sooner.
Love mine. Almost spent $300+ for a Bissell. Works like a charm....
I almost did the same thing! I'm glad I got the Tineco though, it works perfectly for me! Thanks for the comment, hope you enjoy your Tineco!
I spent the 400. For the pet Bissell! And I just hate the streaks and how long it takes to dry! Bc my kids won’t sit still long enough
I love my tineco I got a refurbished one for 99$ oh it's awesome 👍
You can do just a vacuum. Just don’t press the water button. It’s just not the best vacuum
Just got one won't wet the floor tired of paying for these damn electrip mops that don't work
Geez when are you going to demonstrate the use of this mop 😳😳😳😳🥴🥴😳🥴
She has a video on that already
Not a good product. Leaves track marks all over the floor
Mine never did...
It shouldn't be. Contact Tineco
Mine does too but only on my faux wood vinyl flooring. I have to use the regular mop to get rid if the streaks when I'm done.
This thing is crappy. One of the worst home purchases in 2022 for me.
