Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to take a moment to talk about something important. Over the past week, we’ve noticed a big drop in support from TH-cam when it comes to promoting our channel. It’s been tough, but I believe with your help, we can turn things around. If you’ve enjoyed the content we create, especially the delicious stir-fry recipes, now’s the time to show some love! By subscribing to the channel, hitting the like button on the videos you enjoy, and leaving a comment with your thoughts or even questions, you can make a huge difference. Every single like, comment, and new subscriber tells TH-cam that this channel is worth sharing with more people, and that means more growth for us and more recipes for you. Your support means the world to me, and I truly believe that together, we can keep this channel growing. Thank you so much for being a part of this journey. Let’s keep cooking and keep the channel alive! 🥢
You're right, the onion already has layers, but slicing it crosswise helps create more even pieces so they cook at the same time. Cooking isn't always easy, but it sure is fun!
@@lukassprisypkoj Thank you for your comment! Experience really does count for a lot in the kitchen, and I'm sure every chef has their own methods and approaches. My content is aimed at viewers who want to cook at home easier and faster, and many of the techniques are adapted for beginners. I think each recipe can have its own advantages depending on the situation. Thanks for sharing your opinion 😊
@@GalaSway Hello! I bought this noodle in a Japanese supermarket, it is sealed and has a shelf life of 5 days in the refrigerator. It is called "Fresh Hand-cut Noodles". Do not cook or do any heat treatment before putting it in the pot. You need to put the noodles on top of the lentils and meat, cover the pot first to "steam" the noodles, and then stir. Good luck!
Thank you for your opinion! I try to show the process in as much detail as possible so that even beginners can easily repeat the recipe. But I will definitely take your comment into account and try to make the editing faster in the next videos. Thank you for sharing your impressions!
Just wanted to add, when you're cooking meat, flip it once and only once. Don't f with it, don't annoy it. When the oil comes to the top, that's the right time. Have the bravery to leave it alone so you don't toughen it with any nagging

recipes are good, but overall seems to consume a lot of oil
can reduce some for better health
Thank you for your feedback! I appreciate your concern for health, and I’ll definitely consider reducing the oil in future recipes.
Why cut the onion crosswise? It already consists of slices😅

@WokRecipes I've been in the kitchen for 15 years and I can tell you that this is a useless procedure 😊

Loved the recipes but Why pork? it's disgusting
Hello! Just yesterday we launched a new project with our Halal recipes. Link here www.youtube.com/@WokHalal
@WokRecipes thanks alot for your kindness, but this even for non muslims pork can't be a healthy meat
I appreciate your perspective!
