I appreciate the compliments. Spill prevention is key. I don't tolerate spills as they burn and leave a burnt smell and are harder to clean if left on so I must get rid of any spills as soon as possible!!
Proof more than one way for sure to make it. I bet it's delicious too! I paraboil cabbage whole. I remove the big stem. I don't pre brown the meat. Just fill leaves raw and I add a caraway seed. My favorite seasoning in the meat. Your kitchen and oven is so clean! Great job! Side note: Christmas I made a ding dong cake that resembles the hostess cake. It had an old fashioned Ermine filing frosting. Then chocolate Ganache. Happy new year!
