She liked the product, but there was a lot of work needed to be done, and for what price? 2.5% Dragons often berate the people coming into the Den who have pie in the sky valuations, and most of the time don't invest. Usually Jenny gives some poor reasons for not investing, but this she gave some good reasons.

This is the first Dragon's Den product that I've actually seen out in the real world /prior/ to seeing them on Dragon's Den. I think they're doing well for themselves!
Nice how Deborah brings up her ethical toiletries factory and how she could easily take care of their production before going straight on to say that she's out. At weekends she also likes to offer candy to children and then throw it in the bin.
The issues raised regarding the packaging and branding for me actually help sell it, it makes it look more handcrafted and ethical rather than mass-produced in a factory marketed by a bunch of overpaid unimaginative suits that only care about making money rather than the ethical side of the business.
