The fact that you pulled that shit apart, threw it on a table, was able to identify all the gears and throw it back together is kinda amazing..Im rebuilding my R1FA t case right now I have meticulously labeled and cleaned everything..All hardware is bagged and labeled..and Im STILL stressing the assembly! 😂 You fellas just DUG IN!
fantastic! They managed to disassemble and assemble hundreds of parts. They should have done a better job by cleaning the parts and assembling them in a clean environment. You just need some dirt/particles in the gearbox and the whole thing wouldn't work.
Nothing fixed. Just taken apart and reassembled. No cleaning of anything. No new gaskets or o-rings. What did they actually do...anything? Perhaps this was just to see if they could take it apart and reassemble it without having any parts left over.

What about new bearings, O-Rings, Synchros? Allow noticed the lack of assembly lube or torque wrench on reassembly.
