    It is a technical wonder....
"Starting" of at £1.7b, rising to £2.9b by 2030.
The whole Stadium lights up into 18 different colours, if they want it to, with tubes running down the sides of the concrete.
It has air conditioning that can be piped through the whole stadium and even cools down the walls.
It can also heat them, as well as the whole Stadium, up.
It will have 17 toilets, compared to the 6 it has at the moment.
6 bars, 11 restaurants, each one serving a different type of food.
The away ends and the home ends will be sealed off at each home game, so the two cannot mingle.
You can see the whole pitch, no matter where you sit and their are no supporting beams that get in the way.
Even the seats heat up in the Winter.
There will be a UHD/3D Jumbotron at each end of the ground, piping each game live.
The Underground Parking will be extended to hold an extra 2,000 cars, patrolled by 8 Security Guards and cctv.
I would also like to point out that Chelsea are looking for a Stadium capacity of 85,000-100,000, by 2030.
Anyone saying "it looks ugly", quite clearly has no idea what they are talking about.

@@3darq747 You are most welcome :0)
Just a shame that you could not dig up more info for the video, but there is not a lot of it about, for the pure and simple reason, CFC do not know yet if that is the final plan.
      I work for CFC :0)
Although the plans are in place, it "might" not take place because Boehly and Co are still looking at other Sites, looking for an easier, less expensive option.
The problem for Chelsea, is space.
To make the space, as it stands, Chelsea have to buy more properties and land, not to mention everything they do must go through Hammersmith and Fulham Council and they really are a pain in the butt, as they are the sort of Council who hate change.
Having said that, like ALL Council's, money talks.
It is such a shame that the land Battersea Power Station did not materialise, that would have been ideal.
No Owner, no matter how rich, has a bottomless pit.
Unlike the Fans, who would quite happily spend their last penny on seeing their Football Club win trophies, Owners are Businessmen first and foremost and that is understandable and although it is clear that, like Abramovich, Boehly and Co care for the Club and all that goes with it, but the bottom line is "profit" and Boehly and Co have already spent over £6b, couple that with another "possible" £3b for the Stadium and new Players still to come in, that is a lot of mula to dish out.
Also, a lot of Players will be leaving come Summer.
The wage budget is ridiculous, as is the Chelsea Squad.
      I feel sorry for Potter.
I am not sure that most people understand how difficult his job is at this time.
That Chelsea Squad is 34 at the moment, that is 3 Teams.
      Training is a nightmare.
The 1st Team, Reserves, Players coming back from injuries, plus fringe Youth Players ALL have to train together, other than the day, or two before a game.
That works out to 60-65 Players.
Can you imagine how difficult it is to talk tactics/formations/who should be doing what, not to mention 5 a side training games, Defence vs Attack, etc.
28 of those Players are 1st Team Players and most expect to start every Game and obviously that is not possible, so you get unhappy Players.
Aubamyeang, understandably, Cucurella and quite a few Players, especially in Defence and Midfield are unhappy because they are not starting and unhappy Players is never a good thing, but what the hell do you do?
Players that will be gone come next Season....
Pulisic, Ziyech, Aubameyang, Mendy, Gallagher, Cheek.
Players "possibly" gone, come next Season....Kante, if he does not sign that new contract and his injury proneness does not change,.
Havertz, if playing as a No.10 does not have him producing, which is where he wants to play and he himself has said, he is not a No.9, but then we can all see that.
Mount and it does not look like he wants to sign that new contract, which would be a shame.
The stumbling block is the length of that contract and Mount does not want it to be that long.
Sterling, for all sorts of reasons, the main being, how many Players Chelsea now have that can play in the same positions and is Sterling as good as, or better than them, although I do think he lights the game up when he plays and lets face it, that Forward line, other than Sterling and Felix, at this time, would be more suited giving Donkey Rides on Southend Beach.
Azpilicueta, it depends whether he wants to stay for another Season, Broja ( I think definitely, but is still being thought about), and possibly Chalobah, which I personally would say that would be a shame as I do like him and he can play several positions.
Odoi and the rest that have been loaned out, 1st Team wise.
I think that just about covers it.
Chelsea also have a deal that is being discussed leaning towards Name Branding the Stadium and it is huge!! It is going to eclipse what Man City got, but I cannot talk about it, other than that....sorry :0)

Oh god, not this design again - it looks awful.....like a Bond villain's ' evil lair'. As a Chelsea fan, can't the club come up with a completely new design........and not one that's a 'hangover' from the Abramovich era.
Also, why does the club feel it necessary to spend between 1 to 2 billion pounds on a new stadium?? It's obscene.
Chelsea should try and instead design the 'greenest' stadium in England - not one that's the most resource intensive of any stadium ever.

    • @neovarleydownes9109
      @neovarleydownes9109 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. It is a technical wonder.
      2. it is a design to accommodate the Fan entirely.
      3. Anyone saying: "it looks awful" clearly has no idea what it will look like up close and from the inside, or any clue as to what they are talking about.
      4. You will be able to see all of the inside, wherever you stand inside and all of the outside for the same reason.
It will be light and airy, which is more than can be said for any other Stadium where they need lights on even during the day, because it is too dark inside.
      5. You can go get a drink, etc, and miss none of the action because you can see the whole pitch from any angle, there will even be TV's built into the wall in the toilets, so you miss none of the action, if caught short.
      6. It will be cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter, even every seat will be heated.
It will have Jumbotrons, which everyone, no matter where you sit, will be able to see.
      7. Despite the roof being open the rain will not get onto the pitch, because the structure of the Stadium will actually be able to "suck" the water into the brickwork and expel it back out again, into an irrigation system.
      8. As the second video on this Thread shows, the brickwork lights up with all sorts of different coloured lights and looks fantastic.
I have also explained the Jumbotron and Floodlight system to 2D ARQ.
There are other technical wonders, inside and outside, with lots of ascetic sights to come, including atatues oif former great Chelsea and Managers.
Now, what the hell is wrong with that.

Please create an original and creative vision of Old Trafford. Someone did a video a couple of weeks ago and it already has almost 700k views but those are very basic, I think if want you could do better, something more than just a silver plate.

    • @MattZaycYT
      @MattZaycYT ปีที่แล้ว

@@3darq747 Thank you so much for asking. If you ask AI to redesign Old Trafford you will get some good ideas. I did it and some but not all of the results where good.
      1. I think you should maintain the same colors, materials Old Trafford have today, probably add new features but don't abandon completely the current architectural style.
      2. Expand the smaller stand, the Sir Alex Ferguson stand is 3 tier and if new owners are ambitious they will make all of the stadium 3 tiers, the third tier is smaller but even so it is important for capacity increase with that third tier taking the capacity to near or 100k like Camp Nou.
      3. Whatever the club decided (rebuilt or expansion) we know the roof will be replaced, design a new roof if possible but don't forget the current style, you can make better and modern but currently the design of Old Trafford's main entrance have the roof coming out of the structure and it's an integral part of the architecture, implement the same thing, the roof coming out of the structure, don't hide the roof like other stadiums do from the outside.
      4. Don't remove the higher corners. 2/4 sides of the stadium have those silver higher corners with the stairs, maintain them whatever design you, if you make the stadium higher then make the corners even higher too. People don't realize but that is a important feature of Old Trafford, no other stadium have that, normally they have hidden or circular stairways like the Etihad and San Siro.
      5. You can play with a lot of the stadium even with everything I suggested you maintained as a style. For example you can make a panoramic window and a smaller than the rest stand on the east stand, the stand ends and there is a space with bars and restaurants with a panoramic window of Manchester. This is similar to the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Atlanta, GA but much smaller. The view of the city centre from there is beautiful! The collums that sustain the roof in that part can be used to hang giant banners or flags of the club like the facade of the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand can. Don't forget the flags of the countries that the players come from. Those flags are in the roof of Old Trafford.
      6. Man Utd owns much of the land arround Old Trafford so don't forget to use that. You can do a second smaller stadium for the woman's team and the academy and maybe more green spaces or some football pitches for training. That's an extra thing, not as important as a good design of Old Trafford.
I know you asked about the facade but I hope some of my other suggestions where valid. Thank you so much for the work you do. I wish you success, peace and health.

@@baroznoma2056 You are right, the space is the problem, which is why they are still looking at other possible Sites to build on, which is why there is not much info on the new Stadium, because they are still not sure if it will go ahead, or not, so basically its: "watch this space" lol

You are another one, so let me repeat....It lights up into 18 different colours, if they want it to.
I would also like to point out that Chelsea are looking for a Stadium capacity of 85,000-100,000, by 2030, so chill :0)

@@baroznoma2056 I agree, it just looks like a load of rock lined up together, but with the lights on, it looks marvellous, in the day, or at night.
It is also perfect from a working capacity.
I have given a description, on this Thread, about the Stadium and its workings and why build it in this fashion :0)
if you look at Bayern's Allianz Arena, although a bit more aesthetically pleasing, it still looks like a load pf plastic welded together, but oh boy, when those lights go on, it is a whole different ball game.
So try and picture Stamford Bridge in the same way.

@@natoslayer2907 Sorry, but I would have to strongly disagree with that.
I love the Allianz Arena, but even I have to say, THE best, most electrifying and grandest Stadium I have ever been to, is The Maracana Stadium in Brazil.
I was going on 6 years old and I was there for the Brazil vs. Uruguay match in the World Cup Final on the 16th June, 1950, when it had a capacity of 199,854 and I have never known anything like it since.
6, or 60, the Stadium just takes your breath away and the atmosphere I have not experienced since and I have been to some revelries in my time.
70 odd years on, I can close my eyes and still see it, still smell it and still hear it, so although The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is a grand Lady and quite the Stadium, but for me, nothing and I mean nothing, beats The Maracana Stadium, not even the Bernabéu, or the Allianz :0)
The Azteca, Mexico and The Rungrado Stadium, North Korea are quite the sight too.
But then I guess we all have our opinions as to what is.
