The aesthetic of Bath stadium has a old timely feel while still looking modern.
Chelsea's is the only one that didn't make me go wow. There was a cagy feel that I didn't like but that could be because of the rendered clip. If I ever did get to see it in person I'd probably be like WOW.

I am not a Wolves fan but remember Derek Dougan other Wolves greats and the honour that Steve Bull brought to your club. I have worked in Sandwell and even flown from Wolverhampton airport. Wolves should be in the premiership for the rivalry to Villa. I know it’s Black Country v Birmingham but to most it’s like Birmingham have two teams which is a good thing. Wolves bring something different to the premier league and the expansion of the stadium is a courageous move by the owners to state that. Wolves will stay there.

Only if other facilities are removed and at *great expense* to do after the initial build. Also, to increase the capacity the important transport provision has to be put in, like a 4 to 6 platform station on the Northern Line (2 platforms cannot shift enough people). Who will pay for this station benefiting EFC? The DfT will contribute a little with the city and EFC the rest. So it is not going to happen. 53,000 is top. Championship sized.
If the club had gone to the vacant Garston gasworks site they could have 100,000 if they wanted with a ready made 6-platform parkway station 500 yards away, many dual carriageways converging on the site, and lots of parking on Garston docks. Also an airport next door. The site ticked all the boxes. But the naive foreign owner was sucked in by a Chav mayor.

Croxteth was not good enough. Transport was poor. The Garston gasworks site was superb.
Liverpool has a metro, yet the city ignores this essential transport function to shift large crowds of people. Madness not to use it!! In London you have to locate such venues near their metro networks otherwise you do not get planning permission.
The Garston site was perfect with a 6-platform station 500 yards away and a 2-platform station the other side at Cressington. The Garston site would have its own 'Wembley Way' (Horrocks Ave) from the stadium to the station. All was there. What a glaring opportunity missed.
Regarding the Merseyrail metro, other cities in the world have their metro stations in the centre of districts - common sense. Liverpool does the opposite. There is a Project Jennifer in the north of the city. Instead of moving the whole project around the Northern Line - of course they never.
Both football clubs and the Arena should have their own metro stations. Guess what? None do. No kidding.
