Chavi just wanted to say thanks for a great video. I generally don’t make comments. But your diet tips are really good. A slim person like you can also go off track . I always used to think why can’t I stick to my diet. But Your video made me realize it’s quite normal to put on some weight but important thing is to get back on track. Thanks again. Take care
Agree to all that you said Chhavi but the cake part could have been better explained. There are people dying out of hunger. What one can do is already have the cake cut into two, keep one half aside and give it to someone who is food deprived. I guess this way you will feel fuller, both your mind as well as heart 😇

This has been my routine since past 3 yrs and now i have developed tyres on my belly .could u plz help me out to get rid of these tyres .they are creating great difficulties for me in bending down ward.

Rather take it home than throwing and have the remaining half later...if at all you can't avoid buying. Same here, let's avoid wasting food, preserve half a portion for your house help or any one else 🙂 food should never go in Dustbin, take small portions as much as possible.

Well its not money ..it's about the resource u r throwing into the dustbin..we all know how much we r going to eat...it's better to pack the extra cake or pastry and take home for kids or tell the shopkeeper not to give the full slice rather keep it half of it...they will use it. But just because money is not important than health...I think throwing something edible in the dustbin is also not right.. You can make that slice two....have one and give the other to some needy or hungry...we all have money to spend...to buy anything but resources belongs to the society... everything we eat comes from a very long journey.... please it's a request don't advise these things to others too... Please don't make it stomach dustbin but also see how much food u r capable of have it...just buy that much and if not pass it to the others who r needy or bring it home. Also I think u need to change it prospective and approach. And especially if u address so many women outside...it becomes the responsibility to respect food and those who work hard to make them edible. I hope everyone will agree because I'm also a mother of two and I always try my kids to understand that food that we eat doesn't come from money but it comes because someone is working sooo hard out there.
Nice video and informative too.....one thing I just want to add, what I usually do is , the leftover cake you can share with your family members if the want to eat otherwise ask the waiter to get them pack and you pick up and donate it to some needy people....

Instead go to a cake shop where you get small piece of cake for 100 rs, so it's easy to finish and if not go with someone who also wants to eat the cake... I know our body is not a dustbin,but just throwing food coz its heavy to eat is like our mind is a dustbin.. pls don't advice such things on social media. Take or buy only that much what you can eat
