Could you also add other practical aspects like a) where was baby/ who was taking care of both the kids when you were at walk or in gym b) how often did you fail in maintaining the routine , I am sure there would be days with growth spurt, with baby not being well, with you feeling extra tired etc. This too would boost our confidence, that all days are not same, and that we keep trying Thanks so much dear.
Oh that's such a great point. I'm sorry I missed it. I always go to the gym in the morning when the baby takes a nap. He naps for an hour and a half between 8-10. This time will change as his routine changes and playgroup starts. My husband and I take turns to go to the gym. Thanks for pointing this out, I'll incorporate this in the next video

This is very correct. Day 2 of delivery i was asked to start walking. It was the most difficult thing. Getting up from bed and standing itself seemed impossible. But you have to try. After that i was walking slowly Infact limping. But doing your own things like getting ur food and water, walking 5 mins at comfortable pace helps a lot. After 10 days when i went to see my obstetrician she was amazed that my tummy had already shrunk in quite a lot.
Request a personalized diet plan since had a c section delivery 3 months back...post breastfeeding become so hungry that end up eating ladoos etc.. I gained 10 kg during pregnancy and all weight is still entact...taking care of 2 kids with home hardly leave me with energy to follow special preparations for myself or exercise. I also do stress eating a lot and inspite of best efforts end up eating lots

Hi Chhavi, I had a normal delivery however I am facing a problem called abs seperation or diastis recti. With this issue I can't do stomach excercises and have to do different kind of excercises which will help in getting my stomach muscles back to position and only then my stomach pooch will go. I faced a lot of issues due to diastis recti which included pelvic pain for 2months, and looking five months pregnant even three months post pregnancy. I realised not much mothers are aware of this situation and a video on this would be really helpful. Also in this condition you are not supposed to do abdominal excercises like planks crunches etc which worsens this situation and many.moms are not aware of this. Awaiting your response. I started walking on the 2nd day after c section, it was very painful but I could manage the pain and on the 5th day I was able to get down through the steps. Now I am 5 months post partum...I am totally back to normal but haven't started working out yet as my weight is back to the same before delivery and I am already feeling weak and always hungry. All my joints pain if someday I do more physical work...specially legs joints pain and back pain is a lot. It gets reduced if I take a rest.
The pain while feeding could be due to wrong posture. Sit with backrest. Once the baby grows a bit, he/she will start suckling faster and the time will reduce. So that should help.

Of course you can lose weight without going to a gym. But for overall fitness working out is important.
