Chavvi, it’s great that you’re being candid and trying to help new moms. However, planks are not advised post partum because they put outward pressure on the abdominal wall. Lot of women have Diastasis Rectii, which causes the sagging belly look and planks will only make it worse. Kegels are not advised either. It’s important to do exercises that engage the deep core in a safe way. There are many resources online for these exercises.

How can you do Kegels after 2 days of C-section delivery. It is very tough to do. Upto a week I was unable to move.
Everyone has different experience, I walked the next day after my c section
U don't have to get up or move to do kegels exercise. U just need to squeeze ur muscles around the urinary sphincter as if trying to hold your urine and then release.
