If anyone is looking for the macros ( might be a little off) : 897 calories (around 1000 if you used milk instead of water) 57.7g of protein (61 if you use milk) 35.52g of fat (39.22 if you use milk)
Macro estimate: 1000 calories, 60g protein. I would not recommend having a shake like this unless you have only ate like 1750 calories at the end of the day and need to fill in the rest
Olive oil is pure fat, yes, but it's still being mixed in with plenty of protein and carbs! PB works great too, though. This is just an alternative that also gives a very smooth texture!
I used oil for the first time yesterday and that was only 10 ml but my drink tasted horrible. I couldn’t taste the peanut butter or the honey just oil ended up throwing my milk shake.

@@Roque815 I mean if I was having a post workout shake (on a cut) I’d have the protein, banana and oats in water. my actual go to, is a protein shake (1 scoop), a banana and then a small bowl of chicken and rice. way less convenient though.
Yup, work on building up muscle first. If you cut fat right away, you risk being a bit too small/skinny. Plus, building muscle makes it easier to lose fat in the long-run because you'll have a higher metabolism. It's still ultimately up to you though!

Subtract the oil and use Avocado 🥑 for the essential fat, plus it makes it smoother and will definitely taste better

if you’re interested in a “cutting” version of this shake… swap the oats for ice, and don’t add olive oil

If you're really trying to make it high calorie swap that water with some whole milk... if you're trying to gain you should only use milk imo.
