Another game for the Lions with more TDs than incomplete passes while Goff actually gets the perfect passer rating with over 400 yards passing and 4 TD passes. The Bears are the team that scares me the most. Matt Eberflus seems to have the match-ups to get a win. Eagles are the actual biggest threat in the playoffs that the the Lions have. Fun show guys!! Thanks.
As a Packer fan, I am very concerned with LeFleur’s red zone offense and his lack of game management. Also, the Bears exploited the Packer’s defense especially on Preston Smith’s side.
Felt like we were going to lose that game, particularly when Williams threw those three good passes before the field goal attempt. But the Bears snatched defeat from the jaws of victory! Sloppy from the Packers though. The defence was poor and MLF left points out there by refusing to go for field goals in the first half.
To answer Jack's question. Having watched the game I wouldn't have been nervous if we lost. We played an absolutely atrocious way of playing offense and the defense was sloppy and undisciplined at times. We've been falling for these QB boot leg option keepers since Colin Kapernick was torturing us. I chalk this up to it being a division rival, and those games almost always go weird.
dude.... 42 plays vs 64 plays.... we feel fortunate... but our team came out VANILLA due to new OC and what he might emphasize. Caleb Running, Swift Running. We did not play poor... just passive
First the Bears get hit by that wild hail mary at the end of the Washington game. Then they get smacked by that blocked field goal against the Packers. As a Packers fan, both of these made me smile. GPG!
Packers were 15 points worse than I expected today ... but Badgers were about 30 points better than I expected the night before. Here in Madison, we'll take it! But I agree, Packers are NOT impressing anyone lately.
If you like hypotheticals, yes, losing this game would have led to collective angst in GB. Winning it with splash at the end negated 'some' of the irritation with the sloppy play, but didn't erase it. A great game is needed soon.
"We". Between Paul Freudian slipping into a green and gold jersey and Jack perching the cheese head and grinning like a loon, we've got 2 of them. Ziggy is rapidly becoming a Skol minority on this show 😂 In all seriousness, my first thought after the block was "The Farrington boys are gonna have some things to say about this one." Keep up the great work.
Here's what I'll say as a proud Packer fan .. there is concern going forward but we all enjoyed this bc it's the bears lol so there is happiness and concern. The facts that the bears could play one of their best games of the season and still couldn't beat the Packers at their worst is hilarious 😂
Hey Ziggy, the Pack were 4-6 through week 11 last year. They went on to the divisional round, & should have made it to at least the championship round. They're 7-3 this year. They're the youngest team in the NFL, by a fairly large margin. Love played great today, they had 6 drives, scored on 3 of them. It's not about who's hot right now. As long as you get in the dance, it's who gets hot at the right time. The viqueens peaked at the wrong time, & I believe the lions did as well. The NFC South is a shit show, & the niners aren't the niners of old. They're old, & it shows. I'm happy with this team. Especially not having Ja for most of the game today, & still squeezing out a win. The chiefs got praise for beating the broncos on a blocked FG to end it, why can't the Packers? A win is a win, it's the NFL, it's not college where Alabama is playing the dental college of northeastern toledo junior Hoosiers. There was a pretty good movie made called "Any Given Sunday" & that's especially true, when you're playing a divisional opponent, on the road. Especially when it's the oldest rivalry in NFL history 🤷♂️ I'll celebrate this one, like any other game. They have stuff to clean up, yes. They have stuff to improve upon, yes. Don't forget this defense gave up less than 90 yards passing to CJ Stroud, & the Texans. GoPackGo 💚💛
@kurtwicklund8901 1 overthrow. The fuck are you talking about? Someone didn't watch the game 😂 they were coming off a bye, he's been hurt all year, hasn't been practicing much, & went 13 of 17 for 260+ yards. Keep smoking what you're smoking bub.
If you want to see the most Bear event ever, search for Chester Marcol. He was the Packers kicker in the 70's who liked to drink before, during, and after the game. Anyhow, the Bears blocked the field goal and a drunk Chester caught it on the fly and trotted into the end zone. GO PACK GO!
While it wasn’t a great game from GB, it was the same feeling with the Chargers game last year. Left a lot of points out there but got the win, then they went and played near perfect ball to finish the year. So I’m good with it.
Yes Jack! Lol. As a die hard packers fan I'm starting to panic with a loss to the Bears. I'm confident the Packers will elevate there game come December. Jacob's is gonna be so hard to tackle in the cold. Love looked good in the cold months of last year and he's getting healthy. But a loss to the Beats could have started a downward spiral, momentum in football is a very real thing. This win was huge, and bought us a chance to have some breathing room for this last stretch against good teams
The rivalry changes the farther north in Wisconsin you live. Many people in Northern Wisconsin despise the Vikings, instead of just hating them :-) It also depends on how old you are--younger Packer fans grew up with the Vikings being a real threat while the Bears have not been competitive.
It was a great question by Jack! Nah I ain't scared! Its the greatest rivalry in all of sports. This is just more proof, it doesn't matter how good the teams are, its who shows up. You can say that about any game of course, but its amped up for this rivalry.
As a packers fan, if they lost this game, i wouldn't have been too frustrated. I do not expect them to win a SB this season. The worst thing about a loss today would just be that the team would need that much more development to be truly championship- caliber.
Packers should, in no way, be upset or down. A win against a rival is a good win. The bears were a wholly different team than they have been in recent weeks. Williams looked so much better. I’ll take this win with all the excitement it deserves.
I hated that the bears were collapsing before this week because it always feels better to take their hope away. I still got that feeling today, so I’m ecstatic 🧀
As a packers Fan they improved in every category that we would have listed before the bye. The Love INT was a different type of pick than he has been throwing - instead of a bad choice this was a bad throw. GB played a bad game, and the Bears played one of their best games of the season and GB still won.
Jack, if the Packers had lost, it would be disappointing, but I wouldn't really worry about it too much. Then again I became a Packers fan in '65 when Lombardi started his 3-peat. I survived the 70s and 80s, and have been living high since Favre in '92, so it's all good.
100% I understand that the Bears had this one. They were the better team and this instance. both offensively each team showed up our defense, was horrible, hats off to them but goddamn we still own DA BEARS..!! GO PACK GO 💚💛💚💛

As a Packer fan I never thought I would enjoy watching a Vikings podcast but you guys are so fair in your commentary about the Packers and all teams considering you hate the Pack is really impressive! You get a like and subscribe
I agree with Ziggy completely. A wins a win, and how it happened is great fun and hilarious, but yes, moving forward, this game was very concerning. Its hard to think we can go all the way now. To answer Jack, whether the kick went through or not, I feel this way regardless, Im worried.
This is as close to losing you can get, and still win.
As a packers fan, I am through the roof… a wins a win, be fr man
As a packers fan, winning in that way was wayyyy more satisfying than winning via blowout. Love a good bears heartbreak
Happy with the win, Love finally looked healthy, which is big.
Packers won. The special teams made a play that determined the outcome. I’m not sad or mad, I’m happy.
Thanks.
I love the lead-up jokes and Paul nailed it. A+ finish 👏👏👏
Congratulations to the packers even if we didn’t play a good game today. Let’s do better next week❤
GPG!
We are excited for the win!
I was so upset until the final seconds, and then I was in pure shock haha but a win is a win
The bears are the gift that keeps on giving.
packers had no business winning that game.
Did you look close at the replay from the end zone they were kinking to? The ball hit the cross bar and bounced back out.
GPG!
At any rate... you guys have the best show on NFC North!
Packers were 15 points worse than I expected today ... but Badgers were about 30 points better than I expected the night before. Here in Madison, we'll take it! But I agree, Packers are NOT impressing anyone lately.
After the pick. They went down and scored a td to end the half. 14 point flip. Def changed the game.
If you like hypotheticals, yes, losing this game would have led to collective angst in GB. Winning it with splash at the end negated 'some' of the irritation with the sloppy play, but didn't erase it. A great game is needed soon.
Loved the Payton joke 😂😂😂
I take a W with a blocked FG everyday. If it was a miss I'd call it lucky (or unlucky Bears), but with a block, that was an awesome play.
Pack held the vaunted Lions offense to 17 points.
GoPackGo 💚💛
Love definitely did NOT play great. Lug down the Kool-Ade.
Well said!
@kurtwicklund8901 in 6 series 🤡
@@kurtwicklund8901 sucks to be a bears fan, huh? clown
We have had special teams problems for like a decade now lol. So yeah it always feels nice
December matters most... but this win was great because the kick was BLOCKED, not missed!
If you want to see the most Bear event ever, search for Chester Marcol.
He was the Packers kicker in the 70's who liked to drink before, during, and after the game.
Anyhow, the Bears blocked the field goal and a drunk Chester caught it on the fly and trotted into the end zone.
GO PACK GO!
I’m an owner. I’m not nervous because I still think they’re a year or two from completing for a championship. Detroit is too good right now.
The Packers have played sub par but are 7-3. If they get it together it could be a great finish
Packer fan here that loves you guys. This game is further proof that God is a Packer Fan. 😁
While it wasn’t a great game from GB, it was the same feeling with the Chargers game last year. Left a lot of points out there but got the win, then they went and played near perfect ball to finish the year. So I’m good with it.
It’s a pretty good win. They found another way to win. Just gotta get all the pieces together
Yes Jack!
Great story Paul!
5 0f the packers 6 drives went for 60+ yards, think they'll be fine
Ziggy for Bears Head Coach! 😂... 💯 improvement! 🎉
The story was great Paul
Well I knew we'd make the Bears look like World beaters
I’m not even lying, the game turned around after Caleb flopped and got that flag. Go back and look. That’s where the momentum shifted.
100% I understand that the Bears had this one. They were the better team and this instance. both offensively each team showed up our defense, was horrible, hats off to them but goddamn we still own DA BEARS..!! GO PACK GO 💚💛💚💛
Is this what its like to be a chiefs fan?
So much has been said about the Packers needing to win the division. They don’t. Just get to the playoffs. This team can win on the road in the playoffs
We'll take it!
@Jack ... up to that last play, I thought we (💚💛) already lost. ...to answer your question, no. Even at 6-4 I had faith the Pack could run the table.
Yes Ziggy, “we.” 😎😎😎
The Payton joke was great!
Even with the win (for which I'm very happy), I'm still plenty concerned about our run defense facing CMC next week 😳
Defense was good all season. Just had a bad game. I'm most worried about our run defense (familiar feeling). Offense will get it figured out
Loves picks are changing the course of games
The Packers finally beat the bears 11 times in a row.
The bears also had the post coach change bump
still in disbelief lmao
If GB lost this game I would be nervous as a Packer’s fan. Love is not playing well enough for a team that wants to make the playoffs.
We won and hopefully they learn many lessons today. Packers will make the playoffs despite everything, they just need to get themselves together by then.
I respect Jacks question lol if the packers had lost I was very very worried about them missing the playoffs in full transparency
Let's go Packer's !
Don't be so worried guys, Bears played well for their new OC today. Division game.
Maybe should have lost, but don't be trying to turn an awesome play into a negative win. One week at a time.
Gonna sound like getup in here soon.😩
Boswell is the bomb... He's my fantasy kicker on all my fantasy teams...
Jack I think that was a very valid question so I will answer. If we lose that game I want Malik Willis to start.
6 drives in the game 5 red zone trips. Love averaging 15 yards per attempt. Yeah that’ll work.
Hello. Packers fan here. Not happy about it. Thought it was hilarious yes. But because it was the bears. DEFENSE NEEDS TO SHAPE UP!
It's no different than a couple weeks ago when the chiefs underperformed and won on a blocked field goal. You still take the win... Any team would.
As a Packer fan Yes we deserved to beat the bears! theirs been SO MANY times the packers season came to an end because of a special teams play. Dont get me wrong I understand the argument if someone says we shouldnt of won but their is 3 phases to football.
Heart attack season every time watching the damn packers smfh. Go pack go
Seeing Jack cocky about the steelers is the best part of the show. He believes so hard. 🧀
