    Gotta mention how well Sidestep pairs with Safe Pair of Hands

    I would like to mention that Sneaky Git is mighty good for Corruption and Bribery teams.
    Sneaky Git now flat out negates double in the armor roll, you only need to dodge the 1/6 on the injury roll but you have a Bribe with a re-roll!
    And you get to move afterwards. Which makes fouling less of a nuisance for good positioning.
    So definitely a must have for any self-respecting Dirty Player!

    With the staggering amount of move 8 players I'm surprised no sprint. My third skill on an elf union catcher. He can 1 turn like a gutter runner now. My Dad plays Lizards and he uses it on two skinks. If you get far enough away it might not matter if you fall down once going to the endzone.

    Damn it Ben. You're making me consider taking a random agi skill on my crester now.

      Yikes, taking random rolls on elves, that is balsy.
      With important players like that I prefer the picked skills to support their roll.
      Like Strip Ball/Tackle on the WD's
      And Dodge on a line 🧝‍♂️

    How does Jump Up work with a Treeman (MA 2)? Page 44 says that it costs the full MA to stand or do I also have to rush to make it 3? Does JU mean I can stand for free and if I pass my rooted test, I can then move my full MA?

    I think Sidestep is clearly #2 after dodge. Agility really has some stacked skills though, SS/SF/dodge/DT are all great

      I agree, it's my first pick after Blodge.
      It is what makes Elves so good.
      Sprinkle in some Guard... 🤔
      Turning Blocks into a chance for better position on our players on their turn.
      You still face 30, 6% Knock Down on 2D block.
      Yet we have a 44,44% chance of them falling over or just pushing without Tackle.
      So you may force a coach out of making a block because it might be worse on a push.

      Defensive is amazing on Dwarf players (which have already guard+standfirm), I have a team with 6 g/sf/d dwarfes and it is absurdly strong, very good skill for bash teams, but for agi teams not so much, because you must play heavy base-base-base style to make use of it.
      I like this as alternative to MB route most people go.

    Defensive is only really any good on a target guard players are likely to support against (like a big guy)

    Are you sure about how diving tackle works now? I seem to remember that now it did not work on the reroll since you were prone and no longer have access to the skill.

    • @trashfire9641

      I just looked up the FAQ. A player with Diving Tackle may apply the skill to both the original roll and the re-roll.

    • @berry8932
      @berry8932 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Every thing else would be Nonsense, too. A reroll is a reroll and not a secnd roll.
      It's just the same Roll as the first again
      The point is, when u are Rerolling, the dive tackling Team is not on the gtound during the reroll, but they are just going to go in the around.
      If it would be different And the First roll counted as failed, then your dodging Team would be on the ground, too and could not dodge, because they still would be prone.
      So to my mind this question was totaly nonsence in the faq. It's logical, that the modifier is applied again

    Diving Tackle over Sprint are you Nuts? Diving Tackle means Nothing when you face a Bash TEAM. Leap did not make top 5 I get that if your not AG 2+ is no good. However Leap with Very long legs with team that can take Mutations is better. BUT SPRINT HAS TO BE IN Top 5.

    • @astrolonim2032
      @astrolonim2032 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      DT is great bro. Jump Up is worse imo. But even so, Sprint is only good in the situation where you already are making 2 gfis and need a third. Great on ottds, sure, but how many times do you use that a game? One on a good day. DT is a threat every turn. (JU not so much but still more than once probably)
