Danke für deinen Beitrag, ich krieg es einfach nicht gebacken CURA einen Z-Sprung zwischen den einzelnen Teilen der Grafik zu machen. In der Einfahrt zum ersten Teil macht er es, danach nicht. Verwende Cura 4.8.0
Servus, wie machst du das mit dem Schleppabstand? Oder nimmst du die unsauberen Ecken einfach in Kauf?
Hi, mir war von Anfang an klar, das meine Ergebnisse nicht perfekt werden. Es ist halt ein Anet a8, welcher ja schon nicht so sauber ist und mit dem Aufsatz wird es nicht besser. Ich Versuche so gut wie möglich zu schneiden, aber wenn es nicht funktionieren wird, weil das Bild zu fein ist, dann lass ich es. Also ja, ich nehme unsaubere Ecken in Kauf. Wer perfekte Ergebnisse möchte, sollte sich auch einen echten Plotter kaufen.
Hi, i don't understand German so I couldn't follow the Cura Settings, I was able to configure it but I am getting an infill how did you make just get the outter layer to plot?
You have to scale the height of the object/image to 1mm or even better 0.2mm. Under "Shell" you set the "Wall line Count" to 1 and to stop "filling up the image" you set the Bottom Layers and Top Layers to 0.

Hi how did u get the machine to start without heating up the hotend
Well, I set the hotend temperature to 0 degree C. If your printer still heats up, try (if available) disabling gcode m109 , as Markus Schmidt has already mentioned. Check your settings and start gcode for heat up commands and remove them.

Die Halterung habe ich selber mit tinkercad erstellt.
@@techlike49 hallo, ich hab meinen a8 jetzt auch soweit umgebaut. Leider habe ich das Problem, dass der Drucker mit den gleichen Einstellungen nicht startet. Mir scheint es so als ob er wartet, bis sich Düse und Bett auf Betriebstemperatur befinden. Dies kann aber jedoch nicht erreicht werden, da diese ja deaktiviert sind. Muss ich zum plotten was am Startcode ändern?
Ja, wie es aussieht habe ich vergessen dies zu Zeigen. Beim Starten darf der Drucker natürlich keine Linie am Anfang ziehen oder ähnliches, wie es viele machen. Wenn ich mich recht entsinne habe ich damals die Drucker Profil G-Code Einstellungen aus diesem Video verwenden: th-cam.com/video/zj--CASZXJY/w-d-xo.html
Zudem sollte ich erwähnen das mein Drucker natürlich mit der Marlin Firmware läuft.
Ich hoffe dies konnte das Problem lösen :)
@@techlike49 gcode m109 deaktivieren war der Schlüssel zum Erfolg.
