That's what the Demon Drink does to you. If it gets a hold on you, it changes you into a disturbed person who only sees one way out - more drink to forget.

My drinking was consistent for a long time. Then it got dangerous slipping fast into oblivion.
Sober 14 months now and don't share war stories just do a daily reflection to where I was to where I'm at in my journey. Steve yourself and your videos are spot on and I get sponsorship from watching and listening.

It changed me in that I would say things that I would never say when sober. I would upset people. I would regret it once I had sobered up but “what’s been said can’t be unsaid”. I’m much happier with the new, sober me. Less prone to react to provocation etc.

I’ve been trying to understand my person . He was an alcoholic and my best friend. He ruined our relationship by cheating on a bender. Then hated himself. It’s been very sad to watch .

Steve five pound a pint in some pubs , 2 drinks a day is 280 pounds a month or 3,360 pounds per year
Really you can save and improvement in health

i always made sure that i had enough drink in the house ,kept it topped up all the time
I never ran , I've got half a dozen bottles of scotch in the cupboard right now , don't want to get rid of them in case I need a drink...stupid I know

Hi Steven, instead of Garlic cloves can you use puree garlic you can buy in a tube to go in the olive oil and lemon drink?
