I have chills just listening to this exhaust. Hard to believe this is 7 years old I remember watching when it was uploaded. This car made such a lasting impression on me. Thanks again to the owner for sharing such an awesome car.
Every car needs a radio. Canyon carving, listening to the exhaust is great. Sitting in traffic, or hours on the interstate, you need something else. Great video, Matt.
Awesome One Take! I can say with certainty that the 355 is one of the best sounding cars ever produced. It is such a special car. This is why i love my '99 355. Glad to hear you loved driving it!
My '95 F355 Berlinetta has been fantastic. It really comes to life above 130mph. That car is driving bliss. My major cost me $13,000. Maintenance things replaced include both slow down sensors ($500ea) and tires.
This is quite possibly my favorite One-Take. I don't think I've heard a more beautiful, mechanically sounding car. I was astonished and listened more than once purely for the appreciation of the driving experience. Keep up the good work man!
I had the chance to drive one of these for 1,5 hours once, the GTS like this one, but roof off on a sunny day. Highway, back roads and tunnels. Absolutely spectacular. Easy to drive, also on cruising speed. Surprisingly comfortable and it really fits life a glove. Best birthday gift I ever had, those 1,5 hours have been an experience I will cherish for ever...
Rosso Corsa red? check Beige leather? check Gated shifter? check Scud badges? check Quality aftermarket full exhaust? check No radio? check This is a real Ferrari
Music is overrated. This ferrari and the noises it makes are amazing better than music any day. Chris Evans drives with no music to hear his car. I do the same. Prefer the sound of my 1.8 in my 01 miata, with the mechanical shifting noise of going through the gears. I don’t drive with music.
I've put 13K miles on my F1 GTS in 3 years of ownership. Yeah, if you are lucky enough to have the means to own one, you definitely want to drive it and not just look at it in the garage. I regularly have owners of every other FCar model compliment the sound (I also have a Capristo). Cool when guys with new quarter-million-dollar models are envious of the sound of my '98. :)
He will... I noticed that he rolled down his window to hear the Ferrari flyby... He was probably like "Oh shit... That Ferrari turned around and came back! I gotta roll down the window to hear it when he passes me!"... That would have been my reaction, at least.
The last oldschool "Raging Bull" Lambo with a gated shifter was the Gallardo LP550-2 Valentino Balboni Edition... RWD with the option of a gated 6 speed manual.
Freaking Awesome! I was thinking just the same -- that early 2000s F1 sound; its a symphony. Glad you made a reference to it, what an amazing sound, it really never gets old.
the smoking tire is one of the FEW TH-cam channels I allow to push me notifications onto my phone. this one I could've listened to and I would've been happy. Truly one of the best content creators out there.
Matt, thank-you for this. Honestly I don't know where else on the internet we could find such a REAL driver's review of the 355 on great roads, really making the engine sing. This video to me is the apex of your one-take series. Bravo!
+S Miller I kinda liked the scream. it reminded me of the 1990s f1cars. the 458 is nice but it doesn't sound nearly as good as 355. it has more creature comforts though.
Christ buddy, i seriously get a natural high and my body fills with butterflies and my skins tickles with goosebumps watching this video, listening to the engines sound track as i feel your joy enter my mind and heart while drive and talk about this this car! I did a track day with a ferrari 458 and i cant tell you wjat that experince meant to me, i am a mechanic and a HUGE car guy and that was the single most exhilarating experience of my entire life(39 yrs old TODAY!). I highly recommend if you are at all a car enthusiast that you go rent one of the supercar rental lap days at your local trackday where you can drive any Supercar of your choice on a track for several laps, it's an incredible experience and will rish adrenaline into your body like no other experience can.i drove that car balls to the wall and i could hardly walk when i got out i was shaking so bad. anyone that says race car drivers aren't top tier athletes has never experienced a race car on a track. To drive a car to that pro level of ability for hours on end takes incredible endurance! I could go on all day about this lol, mr smoking tire, u are one lucky man with my dream job!
This has to be one of my favourite Ferrari videos. Because it's the engine I grew up loving as a child (Goldeneye springs to mind), and 355 videos on youtube are mostly crap, with only short snippets or fly bys or stuff. This is a really nice driving sound video. Just need Matt to shut up and let us hear that glorious engine
Greaaaaat, now I'm going to have to spend even more money to get a F355 GTB because of this video. Dammit Matt. Btw, the 355/360 V8 sounds this good because A. it has 5 valves per cylinder and B. the firing order is 1-5-3-7-4-8-2-6 The F430 had only 4 valves per cylinder, as did the 348.
This is one hero I would love to meet. I remember as a 10 year old I saw a car like this one, and I was such a fan that I went and gave it a hug. These are legendary cars that I believe will never lose their magic. I thoroughly enjoyed this one! Thanks Matt!
@Ray Be kind to others, it goes a long way Actually, electric cars aren't going to outnumber normal cars for a LONG time. The automotive industry takes a very long time to change, especially because cars live for so long. Trust me, as someone planning to head into that industry, internal combustion is here to stay for a long time yet. There's still a lot of development they have in them.
That was amazing, Matt. Thanks for taking us along for the ride. The sound is jaw-dropping! And I've always been in love with every part of the way that car looks.
Hey Matt... you'd better watch yourself. These things are addictive!! I worked in sales in the Ferrari store in SF in the early '90s and you just couldn't get enough seat time... ever!! The tactile feel is addictive and the sound is like none other! We took several cars to Laguna Seca for the Monterey Historics one year and I was assigned to (it was my job... Honestly!!) to take a 348 GTC down there for the weekend "for exposure." I'm not sure whether sales ever increased because of my efforts but I certainly tried to do more than my fair share to "show the flag." The purchase price can be steep and that maintenance is a killer... but the sound of one of those V8s winding out to about 7500 RPM can make you forget everything else... at least for a little while.
Matt I have a 97 355 Berlinetta manual box 6 speed. It has some MUST replace parts. full exhaust because the stocks eventually melt. I went cat delete 3105 tubis. Also the heads need work. They usedSHIT bronze valve guides so I had full head work done. expect to replace things.THEY ARE A MUST!!!! I offered if you wanted to drive my 15,000 mile 355 with well over 400hp.I offeredto let you drive quite a few cars in my collection. up to you.
Also my favorite Ferrari of all time-Ferrari of Greenwich used to have a bunch back in 95-97ish when I used drive up post road with my mom.. Although this 355 video is great, to this day, I still think your 355 challenge twin turbo video is the best so far. Nice job.
That sound is just heaven. I love the older Ferrari like this one because they were so much more raw than they are today. Don't get me wrong I'd still love to have a modern day Ferrari too but these have a character to them that the newer cars just don't have.
A fun video, congrats and thanks. A few observations from a long time F355 owner / mechanic: * The engine has a Formula 1 sound because it is the engine that Ferrari used for 1993 era Formula 1 racing seasons; just converted over to street use. For example, that's why the valve guides are sintered iron, not a more conventional alloy like silicone-aluminum-bronze. * The shrinking leather on the dash is really only a problem of deferred maintenance ... a twice yearly application of a Pebble Beach quality leather conditioner like Leatherique will stop or eliminate the shrinkage. * The car needs regular maintenance, gotta' pay to play, but it's worth it. * the road used in the video was perfect for the demo; the car isn't meant for city traffic, although it will handle that without overheating or doing anything embarrassing. The engine was built to rev ....... works best in the 4000 to 8000 RPM range ... the redline is 8600 RPM .... engine was designed to easily go to 10,000 RPM. Our host was upshifting way too early, missed a lot of the fun. Let it sing. It's the flat crankshaft that gives it voice.
The valve guides from the factory are bronze actually. The sintered ones are the replacements used by most mechanics. Mine runs pretty well in stop and go traffic, no overheating so you're right there. Haven't heard that about the dash but I think it's safe to say the leather is def not as good as other cars since it shouldn't be doing this. Same goes for the sticky buttons. All in all, well worth it :)
The 355 has been undervalued for too long. It's an amazing and unique driving experience that is an assault on all of your senses. Maintenance isn't that bad when you average it out annually and especially if you're able to do the basic maintenance yourself. A driven and well maintained car is likely to cost less in the long run as stated in the video. I've owned much faster cars but my 355 will go to the grave with me. Timeless looks with a true F1 exhaust note...can't be matched!
I can't believe people have the sacrilege to compare modern Ferrari engine noises to this car. Pu-Lease! The 355 (THREE *FIVE FIVE* btw, not THREE FIFTY FIVE, there is no correlation between the 5's) will forever be one of, if not THE best sounding Ferrari V8 engine of all time. Jam your 360 and 430 up your backside. The ONLY thing that comes even remotely close of channeling that old staccato screaming wail, is a 458 GT3 race car. Obviously the FXX sounds insane, but even more obviously that's not a V8.
Pfffft. F40 as amazing as it is - literally a near perfect car - is not that good a sounding engine. It's very quiet too due to the TT. F40 GT and LM race cars sound great, but atypical to every other V8 small displacement race prep engine. NOTHING sounds like an F355 Ferrari. F50 is not even a V8!!! And doesn't even warrant discussion as superior in any discussion. They are junk collectors items. Hated in their day, and still so.
I didn't know any comparison had to be limited to the v8.. But I've heard an F40 in person and it sounds way way better than any 355.. Just my opinion.. you know a stock 355 doesn't sound like this car right? They're actually pretty quiet too
Agreed. I pilot a Capristo'd 348, and in comparison with my neighbor's F355 with an aftermarket exhaust, it is difficult at best to decide which one sounds better.
OMG! Might even sound better than my old 360 with Capristo Twinsound. It has more of a screaming sound. Love it! Beautiful car and looks very well kept.
***** Well, according to Capristo themselves the 360 with Twinsound is comparable to the Challenge Stradale. The Challange Stradale is supposed to be one of the best sounding Ferraris so...
***** Of course I have. But it shouldn't come as a surprise that a 360 can sound pretty similar to the Challenge Stradale. Ferraris with Capristo are very common for a reason as well.
Matt, you are nailing this review with every detail... They are amazing cars. I was fortunate enough to buy mine in early 2012 for $47k. It's still in progress with regard to modifications, but hopefully it will be back on the road soon. Yes, mine is a driver. I just helped a friend get his back running, and it's an amazingly rewarding drive. Thanks for doing this one!!! I will get you that ride in my gated 6 speed spider when I get done (health problems slowed my progress) but you will get the opportunity to drive it. Well done review sir!
Amother good drive by Matt and the smoking tire...brought to you by Ferrari and the color red, all proceeds go to the joy centers of your mind. Thanks for coming and see you soon. (sorry people, years of tv will do that to you).
That was great. A lot of bench racers can get all wrapped up into debates over 0-60, 1/4 mile, top speed, or even lap times, but I think what is overlooked is the shear fun, that high fun factor this car imparts to the driver. Out on public roads this car appears to be quite the fun time. Nice.
I watch this video quiet often just to hear the sound of this car. It's so euphoric just listening to it, its relaxing. Every time i listen to it i can literally feel my brain releasing endorphin's, its almost better than sex.
The sound that this car makes...that SOUND fucks me up man. I have heard many different cars and the multi dimensional sound that this engine produces is unlike anything Ive yet to hear. I think this may be the overall greatest sports car PERIOD, and I sell Porsche for a living.
One of the best Ferrari's ever made. Not the fastest, but that wasn't the point. It's the experience, the feeling that you're in something special. Stunning. My dream car.
So amazing. I have loved the F355 since I first saw one in the mid 90's. Still unsurpassed for me. The best looking Ferrari ever, and one of the best sounding.
I hate modern ferrari's... they are flashy useless boring and pretty overhyped... But old ones with a manual gearbox and a better exhaust ?... Dayum so fucking good. how can you hate this ferrari with these mods?
Matt, do the maintenance yourself. It's a 90s car. It can't be that difficult to get the motor out. It was basically hand built so most all the bolts should be accessible. I bet it's easier to work on than a mr2. There are probably lists of parts from Napa that will work too. Iirc, there is a list on the Lamborghini forum if parts from Napa/autozone that are direct replacements. (Like Lamborghini sourced the part from an alternator from a Ford Explorer, added a bracket and bolted it up. then they sell the same alternator for $600. you can get a Explorer alternator, swap the bracket, and have the exact same part, not close to the same part, not a part that will work in place of the lambo part, but exactly the same part, because Lamborghini shops at Ford too...). Ferrari must do the same thing, especially in the 90s. there is a list of parts somewhere...
If you think I'm doing an engine out service on a fucking Ferrari to save 5 grand, you're insane. I'd rather go out and do my job to make 5 grand to give to someone who knows what they are doing.
+TheSmokingTire Haha, an engine out timing belt job is the same on a Ford and a Ferrari. There is no magic juju in the Ferrari. Just dealerships convincing rich people that Ferrari's are special and need special maintenance pixie dust.
+sleepybird09 Bullshit. Not if you buy a $60k F355 and want it as a driver. The cars have bottomed out and no amount of self done maintenance or miles will ever bring the value down. I am not talking about buying a pristine showroom example with 200 miles and serviced weekly by Italian racing team maintenance guys that should be in a museum somewhere, I am talking about a driver. A car you can take to the canyon without worrying about putting more than the prescribed 12.7 miles per week. Someone that would be in the market for a nice corvette but decides on something interesting. There are two types of Ferrari owners. Guys that love to drive, and guys that love being seen driving. If you are the the first type, you buy a driver. And a driver won't lose value by doing your own maintenance.
+Troy Bayton check out the Jeep, MB G500, and Land Rover LR4 off road reviews on his channel. He doesn't do them often, but still gives a little love for the truck/4x4 scene. The Benz G500 he reviews is pretty nicely modded for overlanding/expeditions.
You just know that dude in the 993 slowed down on purpose so he could hear you open the taps to pass him. Love these cars. That exhaust sound gives me goose bumps every time.
Almost nothing sounds better than a Ferrari V8... I love the F355 so much.
you gotta do a video of one now man.
Being an MR2 owner, I bet the 355, is perfection to you.
Ferrari v12 is better
+culinarymatt87 Apples and Oranges
It's my favourite Ferrari
I have chills just listening to this exhaust. Hard to believe this is 7 years old I remember watching when it was uploaded. This car made such a lasting impression on me. Thanks again to the owner for sharing such an awesome car.
This brings me back to my Needforspeed days as a little kid back in the 90s. Nostalgia intensifies whenever I see an F355 or Diablo.
Didn't Ferrari used to have their own game? I think it was called Ferrari challenge or something.
Stas G. Yes they did! I believe thats still played as an arcade game in some places.
Yeah this Ferrari reminded me of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 3
+Flame Beats actually it was called f355 challenge. That is kind of cool isn't it? They had a whole game dedicated to this one car.
When he chased down that 911 and passed it it was EXACTLY like the old NFS days.
1:17 I guess the owner said: "who needs a stupid radio when I've the best sounding V8 ever made?"
Hellow 4 years ago viper :)
Best sounding V8 ever made. Would anyone else agree? :)
I prefer the 360, not as high pitched as this but not as low as the 430 and 458.
that 5valve per cylinder gives it that distinctive wail. so gorgeous, like a symphonic crescendo
+Rottensteam the 360 (Challenge Stradale) is easily as nice sounding as the 355, I would totally agree with you there!
It makes my pee pee tingle
Yes!
My '95 F355 Berlinetta has been fantastic. It really comes to life above 130mph. That car is driving bliss. My major cost me $13,000. Maintenance things replaced include both slow down sensors ($500ea) and tires.
I love the "slow down" sensors. They make me laugh, because the only time I've seen that light ever come on is when I was creeping along in traffic.
Got damn 500$. Good thing i have friends 😂😂.
Haha u fucking pathetic liar. Why lie online? One look at your profile and we know you're full of shit HAHAHA
I think that the last thing you'd need in a ferrari would be slow down sensors, i'd just get rid of them, reduced weight.
@Tim D ... if i wanted any lip from you ... i would have jiggled my zipper.
This is quite possibly my favorite One-Take. I don't think I've heard a more beautiful, mechanically sounding car. I was astonished and listened more than once purely for the appreciation of the driving experience. Keep up the good work man!

You're welcome!
I finished watching this one take right after the 600 hp M4
godamn sometimes progress isnt really progress
I've put 13K miles on my F1 GTS in 3 years of ownership. Yeah, if you are lucky enough to have the means to own one, you definitely want to drive it and not just look at it in the garage. The moment he passed that Porsche i will remember for a long time.
😂
That was glorious. I'm sure the Porsche driver will remember it too!
He will... I noticed that he rolled down his window to hear the Ferrari flyby... He was probably like "Oh shit... That Ferrari turned around and came back! I gotta roll down the window to hear it when he passes me!"... That would have been my reaction, at least.
I wish Ferrari or Lamborghini would make en enthusiast edition car. V8/V10 and comes with a modern gated manual.
The last oldschool "Raging Bull" Lambo with a gated shifter was the Gallardo LP550-2 Valentino Balboni Edition... RWD with the option of a gated 6 speed manual.
I was about to mention that car aha
I agree. Porsche did a great job with the 911 R and I'd love to see a modern Ferrari or Lambo built around that idea.
Easily one of the best sounding cars ever made.
One of my all-time favorites...looks and sounds beautiful.
Freaking Awesome! I was thinking just the same -- that early 2000s F1 sound; its a symphony.
Glad you made a reference to it, what an amazing sound, it really never gets old.

F355, M5 E60, Lexus LFA ... hall of fame of engine sound
Add to that an s2000 with itb's.
+Stas G. V8, v10,v10 and u come in here with a inline 4 haha
+cameron dulac Yeah it's a four cylinder but it's the best sounding four cylinder ever. It sounds like an f1 car.
carrera gt also
+ Stas G. I'd say it sounds more like huge superbike than an F1 car.. But sounds great either way!! One of the best I4's ever made!
Matt, thank-you for this. Honestly I don't know where else on the internet we could find such a REAL driver's review of the 355 on great roads, really making the engine sing. This video to me is the apex of your one-take series. Bravo!
I love the clicking sound when you shift! Amazing exhaust note as well.
😍
I watch your videos. That is all.
+SuperBlenderBlade lmaoo WOT
Oh you're a TST viewer as well, who knew...
Wow Didn't know you watched Matt
go away turd breath
Very few better sounding ferraris
With a tubi I would argue there is nothing better sounding from ferrari, nay an F50 but how many of those are there
The 458 sounds great but all the V8 Ferraris had that rough sounding screaming V8 whereas the 458 is crazy clean and smooth
+MurcielagoMan or the fxx it's got a mean rumble.
+S Miller I kinda liked the scream. it reminded me of the 1990s f1cars. the 458 is nice but it doesn't sound nearly as good as 355. it has more creature comforts though.
the V12 Ferraris crap all over this. Sorry, but the do.
That was 17 minutes of pure auditory bliss.
One of the best Fezzas ever. Although I prefer the V12s, this is one of the best V8s. Proper manual gearbox.
Who the hell says "Fezzas"...
Xtraordinary XTD some people...
+ChaosphereIX no
I've heard them called Fezzas
Christ buddy, i seriously get a natural high and my body fills with butterflies and my skins tickles with goosebumps watching this video, listening to the engines sound track as i feel your joy enter my mind and heart while drive and talk about this this car! Jesus Christ.... That's Jason Bourne!
Pfff... You don't even remember being a teenager.
Aaron Averett Oh, I know who I am. I remember. I remember everything. But remembering everything doesn't mean I know everything.
Hell i still want one lol, or a early 360 😂. Childhood nfs memories
you can pick them up for under 30K (Pounds, sterling). Not that much if you really love the car.
My favorite car of all time. This is the best video of this car iv'e ever seen, I have watched it so many times. Thank you!
That sound is epic! Right up there for me with the LFA.
This has to be one of my favourite Ferrari videos. That's top 3 best-sounding cars I've ever heard. Thanks, Matt! :D
OH MY GOD THE SOUND COMING OUT OF THAT ENGINE. OH MY GOD.
I really like that someone kept high-flow cats instead of de-cating the whole exhaust. Sounds brilliant as it is.
One of the prettiest and best sounding Ferraris.
my favorite Ferrari next to the f40 and f50
This is one hero I would love to meet. I remember as a 10 year old I saw a car like this one, and I was such a fan that I went and gave it a hug. These are legendary cars that I believe will never lose their magic. I thoroughly enjoyed this one! Thanks Matt!
Pretty soon we will never have sounds like this ever again sadly...
+SDD525 :/
I like electric but that's kinda depressing
+vvrvvy you drive your electric car then and I will carry on driving 355 manual with Capristo level 2 and decats lol
@Ray Be kind to others, it goes a long way Actually, electric cars aren't going to outnumber normal cars for a LONG time. one of the prettiest car that Ferrari has every build. I can argue that all day.
Looks like an MR2
+Josh B which happens to be one of the best looking toyotas.
Anthony Jones I agree
Anthony Jones true
I think this has to be my favorite video that you've ever made...

Thanks for the ride dude, that was awesome!
I love the sound of the gearbox going into gear and the v8 screaming in between
" click waaaaa click waaaaaa click waaaaa" love it
The orchestral exhaust tones at aggressive throttle inputs are just perfect....
Matt I have a 97 355 Berlinetta manual box 6 speed. It has some MUST replace parts. full exhaust because the stocks eventually melt. I went cat delete 3105 tubis. Also the heads need work. This is the best sounding Ferrari ever made. Nothing even comes close.
458, F12, LaFerrari?
I have heard all in person. the 355 is just so pure and so amazing.
A lot of the newer Ferraris are turbo charged and that ruins the sound...
I agree with you 100%. The turbo acts like a sound distorter. 355 is one of those engines that is the pinnacle of purity in its class.
kjz28 f50 this is second
That sound is just heaven. I love the older Ferrari like this one because they were so much more raw than they are today. Don't get me wrong I'd still love to have a modern day Ferrari too but these have a character to them that the newer cars just don't have.
This car is actually on ebay right now - 1996 Ferrari 355 GTS BIN $115,000 the mod list is the same.
Seller is "eddy91604," checks out
I feel like a lot of people do that, let Matt Farrah drive it and when the video comes out list the car for sale.
Is there a wheelwell page for this car? I don't see any in the video description.
Actually a pretty darn good strategy.
+MisterLizard TST hasn't been in partnership with wheel well for a few months now.
A fun video, congrats and thanks.

Are u saying that it should be priced now at 2m dollars?
No it’s not. 50-70k is about right. For 80-120k you are in the range of a Gallardo, 360, testarosa
that was one of the quickest 17 minute youtube vids ever and about one of my fav. cars
Obviously the FXX sounds insane, but even more obviously that's not a V8.
f40/f50. /thread
They're actually pretty quiet too
the 355 does sound absolutely incredible. A 348 with an aftermarket exhaust also sounds brilliant as well.
Agreed. I pilot a Capristo'd 348, and in comparison with my neighbor's F355 with an aftermarket exhaust, it is difficult at best to decide which one sounds better.
That sound has purified my soul again
Don't make cars like that any longer. No replacement for manual. Sorry. Even the best dual clutches are just not the same driving experience. Love it!
Best Video yet. Thanks again and keep it up Matt!
This gives the Lexus Lfa's exhaust note a run for its money. gotta love the gated shifter also
The exhaust note is a symphony as the RPM's increase. Omg. Wonderful.
OMG! Might even sound better than my old 360 with Capristo Twinsound. It has more of a screaming sound. Love it! Beautiful car and looks very well kept.
+D-no P that lexus made a few years ago has an incredible sound as well...maybe the best i dare say?
+D-no P you're right, i just listened🖒
Cars that shoot fire are better.... confirmed ...
modern cars that shoot fire burn up catalytic converters.
+Jeff K Catless exhaust and Catless headers
+Jeff K Dude you have no idea what you are talking about.. That is irrelevant.
didn't need matt to confirm that
Out the exhaust pipe*
Amother good drive by Matt and the smoking tire...brought to you by Ferrari and the color red, all proceeds go to the joy centers of your mind. Thanks for coming and see you soon. (sorry people, years of tv will do that to you).
Now that's a real car.
Nice.
"Telling me you need a radio, Bull Shit!" Best line in the whole video.
Thank you so much for driving this car. Beautiful piece of machinery :)
Lol I'm on Autotrader looking at F355. Dear Santa
It's awesome to see someone genuinely excited to be out there driving.
I watch this video quiet often just to hear the sound of this car. It's so euphoric just listening to it, its relaxing. Every time i listen to it i can literally feel my brain releasing endorphin's, its almost better than sex.
If you give me your email, I'll send you a link to a video that is more sound oriented of this car. I think you'll enjoy it a lot!
The sound that this car makes...that SOUND fucks me up man. I have heard many different cars and the multi dimensional sound that this engine produces is unlike anything Ive yet to hear. I think this may be the overall greatest sports car PERIOD, and I sell Porsche for a living.
Good lord, that engine sound and exhaust note. Exquisite.
Thank God no F1 gearbox.
One of the best Ferrari's ever made. Not the fastest, but that wasn't the point. It's the experience, the feeling that you're in something special. Stunning. My dream car.
Holy mother of screaming cars, this sounds awesome Oo
Matt,
Craigslist? Bring a trailer? I'm already there. You, sir, have the best job in the world! And you echo my sentiments exactly.
That SOUND. I'm gonna need a minute.
very nice ride with perhaps the most beautiful and desirable ferrari.we can see you really enjoy to drive this awesome car.
"As we all know, cars that shoot fire are better than cars that don't shoot fire." Agree.
This is the happiest I've ever seen Matt
Manual makes everything better. Very unfortunate all companies are using dual clutch/paddles.
Not really, lol. It makes everything more challenging.
Why Is Water Wet
I'm not totally against it lol. I wpuld deal with it haha
Josh Films Stuff Modern dual clutches are way fasters
Dual clutch people act like they’re actually driving a standard
So amazing. I have loved the F355 since I first saw one in the mid 90's. Still unsurpassed for me.
The best looking Ferrari ever, and one of the best sounding.
Automatic 😐
Manual 😍
The 355 is beautifully understated. Styling that is subtle, well proportioned refined and elegant with a powertrain that was engineered to entertain.
I hate modern ferrari's... they are flashy useless boring and pretty overhyped... But old ones with a manual gearbox and a better exhaust ?... Dayum so fucking good. how can you hate this ferrari with these mods?
The best one take so far! Love it
Matt, do the maintenance yourself.
+TheSmokingTire Bro! The guys on Car Fix on Velocity did it no problem. Took them like 30minutes! hahaha
Ever heard of service history?
The 355 is one of my favorite ferraris and this one sounds amazing
One of my fav cars EVER. Those wheels could be better though
There are plenty of cars now days and in the past that sound good but that sounds absolutely AMAZING.
Nice car, what´s the retail on one of those?
More than you can afford pal. Ferrari.
As Matt said between $50-80k depending on condition.
Have you not seen the greatest movie ever made?
This guy is the best. What a great style and approach. Nice work mate.
You remind me of Clarkson 20 years ago when he drove one. He had to have one.
I like most of your videos but this has to be one of the best! F355s have to be in every motor heads top 10 of all time greats!
That f*cking sound. Uggggghhhh... *drool*
Great video. I wish I never sold mine. You definitely make me want to go buy one. Keep the videos coming.
hey Matt i don't know if ur much of a truck guy but you should test out some more trucks off-road every once and a while
or any rally events
+Troy Bayton check out the Jeep, MB G500, and Land Rover LR4 off road reviews on his channel. He doesn't do them often, but still gives a little love for the truck/4x4 scene. The Benz G500 he reviews is pretty nicely modded for overlanding/expeditions.
+Sergei Krivenkov yeah I have seen them all but thanks for the suggestion
You just know that dude in the 993 slowed down on purpose so he could hear you open the taps to pass him. Love these cars. That exhaust sound gives me goose bumps every time.
Matt where did you get those tracks on the wall?! They look awesome.
Linear edge is the name of the company
What about those sunglasses? Where can I order it?
+MllG0 Dillon Optics
Thanks
I was thinking the exact same thing!
Listening to the sound of this car ...even on my laptop's built-in speakers at half volume...still gives me goosebumps!
