I'm a different culture and have never tried this one. I love the pretty green color of this cake. I don't know where to buy pandan leaves if i did then i would try to make it.

I did the recipe for the pandan and coconut cream. For beginners : when you do the pandan cream, stir enough time for the cream to be thick, and put it to cool until fresh, because when mixed with the fresh frosting, if it is warm or too liquid, the frosting will not stay thick, it will fall. For the coconut frosting I also did not succeed, maybe someone has an idea ? When it is too liquid, the whipped cream do not stand.
Make sure you use coconut cream, not coconut milk, and everything need to be cool, your coconut cream, whipped cream and your bowl. If it’s hot in your area, whip over an ice bath, or turn on the air conditioner if you can, hope these help, all the best!
