When I first got into K-Pop, I discovered a whole new side of myself that I wanted to explore. I became more interested in Korean culture as well as Japanese back in high school but never attempted to learn either languages. But being introduced to K-Pop has inspired me to try and learn. Plus I have the dream to one day go to Korea...and perhaps live there if make the incredible effort to learn. Your channel Dave was the first one that I found to learn Korean. Then I followed Erina's channel to learn Japanese too. Both of you are very good ppl. You inspire me Dave. Keep up your great work and I will keep watching. Well the only one i've never heard here is the heartbeat, isn't it more common to use pum pum?
"I've got butterflies in my stomach." The quote is correct but those are the lungs in the video lol. Also another heartbeat sound in english is also "badump badump".
啪啪啪啪那裡我想歪了🙈🙈🙈 i’ve never come across 阿嚏 for sneezing though, we usually use 哈啾(하츄). and in my area the chinese would use 아짝 for peekaboo. just some random sounds that don’t exist in chinese😂😂😂
“Cheers” in Japanese and Korean are both from Chinese, which has the meaning of “empty the cup”. This is also why the pronunciations are similar in these three languages.
this is my tenth video from you in a row and I'm laughing me to death xD I'm from Germany and here we are pronuncing this sounds like this: Door knock sound: klopf klopf Clock sound: "tick tack tick tack" (we have a children song that says: "big clocks are making tick ... tack ... tick ... tack, small clocks are making ticke tacke ticke tacke, and the smallest clocks are making tickekacketicketacke" so we have two other sounds too, but we don't really use them xD) Door bell: we also have "ding dong" Heartbeat: "klopf klopf" and this phrase with butterflys in the stomach we are using too, haha Car: "Tut tut!" (thuut thuut) I now realised that we are tut tut also using for phone ringing xD Sneezing: "Hachiiii!" (like the japanese eight xD) or "Hachuuu!" Popping sound: "plop" clapping: "klatsch klatsch" Playing with baby: "Guckuck!" (or "wo bin ich? hier bin ich! - Where am I? Here I am!" as a sentence) Baby crying: "wäääh" (same pronouncing as american) or "uwääh" kissing sound: same as american (muah or mwah) shooting: "piu piu" (the same as chinese xD) or "peng" (like the others :'D) freezing: "brrrr" (the same as american) camera shutter sound: "klik klick" (like the american) and cheers: in Germany it is "Prost!" The video was really fun to watch and it made me want to take a list from our german words too, I hope that there are some funny words/sound listed(or listened?) and I'm out know :D And I also hope that my english doesn't made your eyes bleed, It's rarely that I'm writing this much in english, so please have mercy with me xD
In New Zealand, we usually say "ba-dum" for heartbeat, and butterflies in the stomach is used to express your nervousness! Usually around people you like or when you are a little nervous in general.

Well the only one i've never heard here is the heartbeat, isn't it more common to use pum pum?
0:03 I hear Blackpink's "Ddu-du Ddu-du Ddu-du".
"I've got butterflies in my stomach." The quote is correct but those are the lungs in the video lol.
Also another heartbeat sound in english is also "badump badump".
i’ve never come across 阿嚏 for sneezing though, we usually use 哈啾(하츄).
and in my area the chinese would use 아짝 for peekaboo. just some random sounds that don’t exist in chinese😂😂😂
Probably differs depending on where one lives in China/china surroundings
Am I the only one that screamed when they started singing twice lol
Nope
Goodbye Vai.

The korean girl is like one of the most beautiful girls I’ve seen .

“Cheers” in Japanese and Korean are both from Chinese, which has the meaning of “empty the cup”. This is also why the pronunciations are similar in these three languages.
Good luck Vai > <
It feels like nothing is as strange as german..😂😂🙈

0:26 Erina laugh so cutteeeeeee I was deadddd
Lol Vai looks cute in the car 😂
this is my tenth video from you in a row and I'm laughing me to death xD
I'm from Germany and here we are pronuncing this sounds like this:
Door knock sound: klopf klopf
Clock sound: "tick tack tick tack"
(we have a children song that says: "big clocks are making tick ... tack ... tick ... tack, small clocks are making ticke tacke ticke tacke, and the smallest clocks are making tickekacketicketacke" so we have two other sounds too, but we don't really use them xD)
Door bell: we also have "ding dong"
Heartbeat: "klopf klopf"
and this phrase with butterflys in the stomach we are using too, haha
Car: "Tut tut!" (thuut thuut)
I now realised that we are tut tut also using for phone ringing xD
Sneezing: "Hachiiii!" (like the japanese eight xD) or "Hachuuu!"
Popping sound: "plop"
clapping: "klatsch klatsch"
Playing with baby: "Guckuck!" (or "wo bin ich? hier bin ich! - Where am I? Here I am!" as a sentence)
Baby crying: "wäääh" (same pronouncing as american) or "uwääh"
kissing sound: same as american (muah or mwah)
shooting: "piu piu" (the same as chinese xD) or "peng" (like the others :'D)
freezing: "brrrr" (the same as american)
camera shutter sound: "klik klick" (like the american)
and cheers: in Germany it is "Prost!"
The video was really fun to watch and it made me want to take a list from our german words too, I hope that there are some funny words/sound listed(or listened?) and I'm out know :D
And I also hope that my english doesn't made your eyes bleed, It's rarely that I'm writing this much in english, so please have mercy with me xD
7:40 Bbang or Tahng like *Bangtan* Soyeondan 😂😂😂
Instead of thump thump we say "My heart is fluttering" or "My heart is racing"
"My heart can't even" xD
StandingStill But they are naming onomatopoeias, not expressions.
Anyone else still look up Dave's channel as davetehdave? 😂😂

In New Zealand, we usually say "ba-dum" for heartbeat, and butterflies in the stomach is used to express your nervousness! Usually around people you like or when you are a little nervous in general.
