- Today I have prepared this special reiki ASMR session to balance and heal your heart chakra. With healing sleep music, delta waves and special effects, you will purify your negative energies and feel your heart chakra cleaner.
Today, I wanted to give you the ASMR experience at the highest level with the perspective of lying in this special bed. With your favorite and comforting blanket on you and relaxing music around you, you will feel like you are hypnotized and you will fall asleep with your soul cleansed. I think this is one of the best things you can ask for before sleep.
The heart chakra, also known as Anahata in Sanskrit, is believed to be the center of love, compassion, and emotional well-being in many spiritual and holistic traditions, particularly within the system of the chakras in Hinduism and Buddhism. When the heart chakra is balanced, it is thought to bring about a range of positive effects on an individual's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
So what will I do for you in this session?
First of all, I will start doing aura scanning, reiki healing and heart chakra cleansing with the healing and magic wood. You will start to see the magical effects right in this part. Don't miss these moments. Because this way you will be able to feel better that the negativity in your soul is gone.
Then I will initiate crystal healing that will balance your heart chakra with special red quartz. In this part I will mostly use delta waves. But you will continue to hear these waves at short intervals throughout the session.
One of my favorite parts is cutting off your negative energy with scissors. As I said in the session, I preferred green scissors in this part. Because as you know, the heart chakra is represented by the color green. That's why with these scissors you will be able to feel that I am completely focusing on your heart chakra.
And another technique will be to heal your aura and heart chakra with healing reiki hand movements. In this part, I will try to relax your mind and aura.
