ASMR New year skincare, facial massage & Reiki with healing music

- I prepared this special ASMR reiki and massage therapy to have a perfect and fresh start to the new year. We are together in this special session to get rid of the old energy of the past year and make our soul ready for new and positive energies.
I wanted to celebrate the new year together and I prepared a very special therapy for this. I want to offer you a very different experience with my new crystals, massage tools and special effects. Let's start with Gua Sha:
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged instrument to promote blood flow and lymphatic drainage.
Gua Sha may help stimulate blood flow to the facial tissues, which can result in improved oxygenation and nutrient delivery to the skin cells. This involves gentle pressure and scraping movements, which may help release tension in the facial muscles. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals who carry stress or tension in their face, jaw, or neck. Like any facial massage technique, Gua Sha can provide a relaxing and soothing experience. It may help relieve stress, which can positively impact the overall health of the skin.
The facial rollers are made of jade. And some people believe that jade has healing properties, both physical and emotional. It is said to have a soothing and calming energy that can help balance and harmonize the body and mind. In various spiritual practices, jade is considered a protective stone that can ward off negative energies and bring about positive changes. It is believed to enhance spiritual growth and wisdom.
I tried to use healing and delta waves during the session. In fact, you will continue to hear healing music throughout the entire session. And I hope that with this special therapy, your soul will find more peace and happiness in the new year.
