ASMR Reiki, Spiritual cleansing for reprogramming your mind while you're in sleep

- I have prepared this special ASMR reiki and spiritual cleansing session tonight to reprogram your mind and remove negativity. And I will do all this with delta waves and sleep music while you sleep in your bed. With your special blanket, of course.
Would you like to reprogram your mind in a positive way with very deep whispers while you are asleep? That's what I tried to do in this session. Of course with my own style! Also I did Reiki techniques to heal your chakras and have a more peaceful sleep experience. I am sure you will find these reiki hand movements very relaxing with the healing music and delta waves. Yes, you can see it while you sleep 😛
You will see that I use maracas, healing wood and branches for spiritual cleansing. I give importance to these parts because I believe that a more intense aura and spiritual awakening is experienced while in deep sleep. That's why we need to fill these special moments with the most beautiful and positive techniques. And I tried to do this with my special objects that I believe have an effect.
I would like to give a little more detailed information about delta waves. I start these waves with the pyrite stone I used at the beginning of the session. And until the end of the session, I continued to use it non-stop with various volume levels. Especially in the last part, a softer and deeper delta wave and healing tunes will be waiting for you.

I had days and days of lack of sleep because I had to travel for work and attend work events. I was exhausted and tried watching asmr’s and Yoga nidra and none of these helped me sleep.
