- In today's reiki ASMR session, I will balance your third eye chakra with special frequency ranges. You will be able to fall asleep happily and peacefully after this special therapy with layered sounds, massage, crystal healing and special reiki techniques.
The third eye chakra is often referred to as the "seat of intuition" because it's believed to be where we tap into our gut feelings and hunches. A balanced third eye chakra can enhance your ability to trust your inner voice and make decisions based on a deeper knowing. This chakra is associated with seeing not just with your physical eyes, but also with a kind of "inner sight". It's thought to be connected to imagination, visualization, and the ability to perceive the world in a more nuanced and symbolic way.
The frequency I use in this session is actually the delta waves I always use. But you'll notice that I've lowered and increased the volume of this frequency in many parts. And this will put you in a more relaxing and sleepy mood.
In some parts you will see me massaging the third eye area (forehead) with a cleansing brush. The purpose of this is to relax your mind, which may be tired during balancing, and to keep you focused throughout the therapy.
By the way, did you notice my new crystals that I used in the session? Yes, these are special gemstones known as smoky quartz. Smoky quartz is known as a grounding stone. It's thought to promote emotional calmness and stability, helping you navigate stressful situations and anxieties. But I wanted to use it on the third eye chakra as well. I hope you'll enjoy it!
