I am usually skeptical but in this case I’d agree completely! I feel so good during and after watching these videos- I can’t really explain it but it brings me the same good feeling that I get when someone is rubbing my back and playing with my hair. I experience ASMR but this is still a little different from that!

Gosh! It’s amazing, and wonderful! I hear dogs barking and birds❣️ Love them all except on weekends when the lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and wood chippers are in full bloom!
Some of the sounds are naturally occurring (like the airplane at 46:46) but some (probably not all) of the animal sounds in the background are pre-recorded with the ambient music that is being played in a loop. Notice the fly buzzing at regular intervals. I have heard this before in other meditations on Insight Timer and TH-cam. Naturally occurring or not, I agree that they add an element of relaxation and are pleasant to listen to.
Thank you for your healing energy. I'm legally deaf and though I can't hear much but bass sounds without hearing aids, I can hear high pitched and angelic-like music/choir in my ears as well, of course, as I ascend and transcend, so I do really love the sound of your beads clinking. It's much like I love the poetic sound of leaves gracing and kissing the Earth's surface as they ebb and flow in the breeze when they do. I love the sound of a shirt over my head when I put one on.
