Jaylen was one of our most consistent players this playoff run. Next year only gonna Get better and as a bonus we will also bring back Tatum

Jaylen proved three things in this playoff run:
    1. He steps it up and plays amazing and super consistent in the playoffs
    2. He’s better than pascal siakam
    3. He should be an all star next season

JB is the perfect robin to JT’s Batman. Neither seems jealous of the other, they seem like good friends, and whenever they pass to each other it’s an automatic bucket.
    Thanks Billy King!
Edit: I said that badly. Brown is just around the level of JT. They will both be incredible players

Thag batman robin term has been so over used its annoying, and disrespectful at this point. Not one person used that analogy until main stream media used it as a way to disrespect kyrie. The man is no ones robin put him on another team i bet he'd do more work than tatum.

@@em6824 lets just put it this way bro. Tatum was better than brown in the 1st and 2nd round series. But brown was better than tatum in the 3rd round. But i love both of them.

@@joauscaesarestonilo2715 no he was not stop the D riding my man. Brown was the most consistent player ALL playoffs not just one series playa. Browns been the most consistent player on the team ALL season. Not just the bubble. Tatum started off the season with weak percentages and play. But turned it on the last 15 out of 25 games before the season ended. He got it going by being forced fed the ball over and over by brad didnt matter how cold he was he still got the ball. Average around 25 shots during that time and barley put up 30 points. Brown started and finished the season being consistent on ALL 3 LEVELS. Only struggled at the line hope that changes in the future. 50 40 75 spilts before all star break. 46 38 75 when the season ended all consistent numbers. 21 points for the season taking 15 shots a game. During the time Tatum was being force fed the ball, Brown still Averaged 23 points and less than 18 shots a game. All while guarding the opposing teams best player night in and night out. Banging with P.F and Centers, running through screen after screen chasing shooters. Thats not easy to do wasting energy like that while staying consistent. I'll take a more consistent player that just does his job the right way than a flashy high volume player that shoots below league average.

@@em6824 oh c'mon. Yes, what you're saying are facts. But its like you're talking that brown didn't have a bad game in this playoffs. During the first round aginst phily in game 3 he was 6-16, in game 4 he was 6-15. In the 2nd round against the raptors in game 1 he was 6-18, in game 2 he was 5-13 while in game 6 he had a 31 points but hes FGA and FGM was 11-30. So much for its only tatum having many shot attempts than brown. In the 3rd round against the heat in game 1 brown was 6-14. He had bad games in this playoffs. Im not running away from the fact that tatum also had bad games in this playoffs but please don't also run away from the fact that brown had bad games in this playoffs too. I also admit that tatum had a bad game during the first game in the nba restart. But atleast he got his rhythm back. You know what tatum did great in the regular season? He had a great month of february where he was consistently having 6-7 games of 30+ points per game in an efficent FG% until the pandemic happened where hes best stretch of games that i believe he can continue it was stoped. He was awarded Player of the month on that also thats the reason why he finished number 10 in MVP race. Most of nba analyst/experts also said that he is the only player that made that kind of leap in 2nd half of the nba season after the allstar break because he was better compare to his first half reagular season stats. Those are facts.

@@joauscaesarestonilo2715 Ok now do Tatum's horrible percentages to compare it. Even with those horrible games that you highlighted, Jaylen STILL was by far the most consistent player. Not that Jaylen didn't have bad shooting games. He just had the LEAST out of all the Celtics players. Hence having the best FG% of all the volume shooters.

Brad has homework to do.... Brad needs to find way for Jaylen to play his game without having the thoughts of him having to share his time with Tatum. Both just keep taking turn on offense which is not good. It’s not coming naturally which is why Jaylen has some off nights when it matters.

JB is going to be an amazing 2 way wing he is just a baby and already getting 20 ppg and attacks the rim far more. Just got to get to be 80% + at that FT line and get out in transition more an more. Within 2 to 3 years they will/should be the best young 2 combo in the game if they are not already. Future is sun bright with these two for the next 10 years. Thank you Tomasz this was a fun highlight to watch.

I think when people when people were saying tatum was already a superstar, it was to soon, as he in certain moments in the playoffs, he looked unstoppable, and others when he was needed most, it was for to late, or he just didn't show up. I think in the future, tatum will be the clear best player on the team, but right now, tatum and brown are equivelent in terms of being the same caliber right now. Jaylen wasn't just being so consistent offensively in the playoffs, defensively, he proved he was a lockdown defender.

  • @WestbrickFansGotNoBrains
    @WestbrickFansGotNoBrains 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

like ive always said why is brad stevens always putting him in the corners? might as well draft buddy hield if he wants a shooter.
brown is the most consistent celtics and the only guy who always shows up in every playoffs.
tatum alone this playoff has threw 2 games against raptor and 3 games against heat all with his poor 4th quarter iso(offensive foul, turnovers, moving screen, bad shot selection and bricks and in playoffs i can't even remember the last time he hit a sidestep jumpshot) and brad stevens did nothing to controll his player from iso in the 4th.
if tatum showed up in any game before game 7 vs cavs, we would have advanced in finals.
last season playoffs was just kyrie and tatum taking turn to brick
